「top top top」

「It was quite far away from Groningen train station (around 25 mins walk), but the bus service was convenient. The room was clean. However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options.」

「The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan. The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. 」

「A comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.」

「The heating system not really good in these weather 5°C, I feel cold in my room 」

「Rustig modern hotel in historisch gebouw. Op loopafstand van centrum.」

「They responded to my request with responsibility and provided kind assistance for my stay. My 4 nights stay was overall satisfactory. Standard rooms on the 4th floor are recommended. I don't recommend the double room on the 1st floor.」

「This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.」
