「This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

「L’annonce ne correspond pas au logement. La piscine n’est pas dans l’immeuble mais dans un autre immeuble, pas pratique d’accès. Aucune information pour l’accueil, personne pour nous remettre les clés. Nous avons cherché pendant 30 minutes avant de trouver quelqu’un qui nous a simplement remis les clés sans aucune explication.les portes de l’appartement ne se verrouillaient pas. Les persiennes étaient bloquées. Il n’y a vaut pas suffisamment d’oreillers pour 」
