"Receptionist was very helpful at checkin and helped with all requests including selecting a more preferable room for us. Location is convenient for Oregon coast travel as well as the provided parking by the hotel."

"The spa was amazing, and the room was clean. The TV was easy to access, so I had no trouble hooking up my PS5 for Netflix. However, the bathroom was very small. The shower door opens awkwardly and barely clears the toilet. If I were a larger person, I probably wouldn't be able to get into the shower comfortably. The caulking around the tub and shower was peeling, and the fiberglass floor in the back half of the tub flexed and popped when standing on it. The "tinted" windows were also fading and could be seen through from outside. The idea of watching the sunset from the tub is nice, but with the tint wearing off, we ended up closing the blinds for privacy. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows were too soft for our liking. Fortunately, we brought our own bedding, which made sleeping much better."

"The hotel was great and had a awesome location and view. Room was large and the balcony was nice to sit and relax watching the ocean. The breakfast was limited, but other than that I would stay here again. The price for what you get in room and locations was the best that I could find."

"The room was clean, checkin was fast - and of course they have copies of The Goonies to borrow for the evening. We weren't able to stay the whole time but Kim and the staff were more than gracious and understanding of our situation and helped us shorten our reservation with no penalties. They truly do care about their customers and want everyone to walk away feeling helped and satisfied. We appreciate them so much!!"

"There was puck in the parking lot in 3 different spots that I could see from my door. The pool and hot tub were closed. Which was not told to me in the messaging I was doing with the facility prior to my stay. Had I known that I would have stay elsewhere. I never seen any staff around the facility except the person that check me in and a cleaning lady the morning I was checking out. My family has another reservation at this place in early august and I'm thinking about telling them to change to somewhere else."
