The Space

This basement apartment includes a master bedroom with a queen bed as well as a sofa bed to sleep up to three comfortably. I also provide high speed wifi, in house laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, 55" tv, and ample space throughout.

Keyless entry door that is accessed around back through the gate. This is a basement apartment that has tenants upstairs. They are very quiet and respectful. The basement apartment is smoke free and pet free. The upstairs tenants have two small dogs that stay inside.
