Description of Holiday home Napfény:
Napfény means 'sunbeam' in Hungarian and you will surely enjoy the sun. Holiday home Napfény was completely renovated in 2009. In 2014 a new terrace (18m2) was built with a very nice view! In 2015 an extra bedroom was built.

The house has a spacious living room with dining area and a seating area. There is also a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Toilet on the ground floor and 1st floor.

On vacation in Holiday home Napfény:
There are several terraces around the house so you can always enjoy the sun or just find a sheltered place. The 800 m² garden (with fruit trees) is a safe playground for your children.

A holiday in holiday home Napfény offers you the best of two worlds: the tranquility and nature of the Mecsek Mountains and the lakes of Orfu (with a new, very beautiful aqua park), combined with the interesting art and culture of Pécs (European Capital of Culture 2012!) ,

In the area, bathing establishments (hot springs, ponds and lakes) and wine regions are appropriate. Walking and mountain biking through the Mecsek, you can completely relax.

Classification apartment:
Apartment Napfény consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen and 1 bedroom. From the living room you go through the open doors to the terrace (18 m²).

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (15 m² per room) and the bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony, so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning sun with a very nice view of the mountains!)

The living room:
In the living room of your holiday home, you have access to a cozy seating area with 2 sofas and a coffee table. There is a separate dining area.

Radio with CD player / USB connection and TV (no antenna) with DVD player are available.

The kitchen:
In your holiday home you have a spacious kitchenette with 4-burner gas, fridge with freezer, microwave, small oven, kettle and senseo.

Towels and tea towels and pots are provided and there are dishes for 6 people.

The bedrooms:

 On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed.

On the upper floor of the apartment are 2 bedrooms (15 m² each). The front bedroom has a 2 double bed ..

The rear bedroom has a double bed and 1 single bed. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided.

There is also a children's bed and a folding bed.

The garden and the terraces:
At Holiday home Napfény you have 800 m² garden. The garden is very private and offers a fantastic view over the forests of the Mecsek.

You also have a balcony and terrace (18 m²). There are 6 garden chairs, 2 parasols and a garden table. There are also 2 sun beds. The garden is completely fenced.

About Orfü:
Holiday home Napfény is in Orfü. Orfü is a well-known seaside resort in Hungary, mainly due to the 4 reservoirs. The lakes offer many opportunities for swimming, boating, surfing, fishing, boat rentals and canoeing.

In summer you can enjoy the many terraces and restaurants where you can eat well, and usually not expensive.

The months of November / December / January cannot be rented because there is no central heating.
There is a fireplace in the house.
