Relax in Paradise

This was a beautiful, clean and well appointed property with excellent hosts. Individual rooms can be booked as all have bathrooms and kitchenettes or you can book the entire property as we did. It was perfect for us as we were traveling with extended family and each group could have their own room/space, while we also had shared space in the common areas and pool deck. The hosts were very accommodating and even went grocery shopping for us before arrival. We would highly recommend !

Perfect Getaway

Our group of 12 (three separate families each with adult and teen kids) stayed at the Adam and Eve Residence over Christmas to New year holiday. It was truly a perfect getaway thanks to our warm and wonderful hosts, Caroline and Alain. The villa is conveniently located on Orient Bay, minutes walk to the beach, absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained, with high-end appliances, every possible amenity that one could wish for, beautiful bedrooms, and incredibly well appointed outdoor space for hanging out together. The property manager was great. Very friendly and Uber responsive. We spent two days on the boat with the villa owners and had an absolute blast. They did everything possible to make our boat excursions and stay memorable and truly exceptional.

Wonderful all around!

We had a group of 10 friends visit Orient Bay for the first time together and we decided to stay at the Adam & Eve residence for 7 nights. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were well kept and clean, each room had its own bathroom and kitchenette. Each room offered a blow dryer and plug adaptors which was great since we were visiting from the states. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants/bars/shops. The outdoor area was a true oasis with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and landscaping surrounding the area. The common area features both living and dining areas and a large kitchen with all the pots/pans/plateware you could possibly need and 2 very large refrigerators. I cannot say enough nice things about the hosts, Caroline and Alain. They coordinated our rental car and airport transfer, stopped at the supermarket for us before our arrival and were extremely accommodating with everything. They even cooked us dinner one night featuring a happy hour with hors d’oeuvres and Alain’s pina coladas and a 3 course French cuisine served with wine. Also, their business partner Willy stopped by and provided samples of his ice cream which was delicious and could be found at the local stores - how cool! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Great house for multiple couples

Just had a wonderful stay at Adam and Eve. We rented all 6 rooms. The kitchen is more than adequate. The pool is outstanding. The hospitality from Willy, the concierge, and service were excellent. Will definitely stay again!

AMAZING

Caroline & Alan made our entire trip. Our first family vacation was a success because of them. The home was beautiful and perfect for our 11 person family. Every room is spacious, there is no "bad" room. They were so attentive but never bothered us. They gave great pointers on where to go and places to see. One tip, PLAN AHEAD. We went to Saint Martin during the holidays and a lot of the boat trips/reservations/zip lining were already booked up. Although, we were able to still do all those things, it would have been much easier and less stressful to plan and book prior to your trip. I would recommend staying at this villa any day to anyone! I hate that I wasn't able to say goodbye to Caroline & Alan because I can't thank them enough. Until we meet again!

UN FANTASTICO ANGOLO DI PARADISO

Convenientemente situata in posizione strategica all'interno della ORIENT BAIE, a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di ORIENT BEACH, la villa è un meraviglioso angolo di paradiso arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort che si possa desiderare. Eravamo un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo: 10 e lode alla casa, alle piscine e al simpaticissimo Anthony, sempre disponibile alle nostre esigenze e prezioso consigliere di dritte sull'isola. Sicuramente da consigliare (e da tornarci :-) )

Exceeded our very high expectations

We stayed at Alain & Caroline's villa for 5 nights in July 2017. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 "kids" ages 16-24) so we rented 4 of the bedrooms; as a result, we had the entire villa to ourselves. The photos accurately represent the villa....very nicely decorated, clean, extremely spacious, very secure, and with beautiful gardens. The air conditioning worked well in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped....though we didn't do a lot of cooking. The pool was clean and refreshing...we really liked the walk-in sloped entry to the pool. We also liked being able to do laundry at the villla....had we known how easy it was to laundry, we would have packed lighter. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities such as the workout room, sauna, or massage room. The beaches of Orient Bay are walking distance (5 minutes?) from the villa. Every morning we walked to the shops at Orient Bay for french pastries and/or breakfast needs from the supermarket. We liked having maid service a couple of times during our stay; there were also plenty of beach and bath towels. In short, the villa was great. But the highlight was Alain and Caroline. I've rented several homes/villas etc.. through a variety of websites including HomeAway. Normally, I like to meet the owners, take care of business affairs with them, and then go our separate ways. However, Alain and Caroline had two special offerings that looked interesting to us.....the "French dinner evening" prepared by the two of them and the day long Catamaran trip (we did the trip to Tintamarre and Pinel Island). Both "events" were well beyond our expectations. Alain & Caroline are outstanding hosts who know how to make their guests feel welcome and at ease. The dinner event was extremely enjoyable....and we were able to practice our French language skills. The catamaran trip was the highlight of our 8 night vacation (which included another 3 nights in Anguilla). The trip lasted about 12 hours and included snorkeling (saw sea turtles), open bar, lots of appetizers, lunch at Pinel Island (we paid), and lots of swimming. The signature/defining moment for me was when the catamaran returned to Orient Bay. Once the sun set, I assumed the excursion was done. Instead of "closing up shop" and sending us on our way, they kept the party going for another couple of hours with dancing, drinking, and swimming in the bay well past dark. They're fun people who are very committed to their guests.

Le paradis sur terre

Malgré la richesse de langue française, les adjectifs qualificatifs me semblent bien ternes pour décrire l'endroit. C'est un vrai petit paradis sur terre. Le jardin et la piscine sublimes rivalisent avec la maison où bon goût et confort absolu règnent en maîtres. Pas la moindre faute n'est venue ternir mon séjour. Bien que n'ayant occupé qu'une chambre, j'ai eu la chance de voir les autres et toutes, uniques, sont plus belles les unes que les autres. Depuis l'entrée de la propriété jusqu'aux toilettes, tout est simplement parfait. De tout les endroits que j'ai pu connaitre, Adam et Ève est le seul qui marie avec autant de bonheur standing, décontraction, élégance, harmonie et joie de vivre. Cela ne va pas sans la participation de Caroline et Alain qui sont le cœur palpitant de cette résidence. Leur chaleur, leur décontraction toute naturelle et leur rigueur à faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable ont à elles seules suffit à nous transporter dans un monde perdu de bonheur.

Vacances idylliques

On a cassé la tirelire pour inviter nos enfants et petits enfants à notre 50ème anniversaire de mariage , et nous ne nous sommes pas trompés en choisissant St Martin et cette maison. Concernant sa description, je laisse relire les commentaires précédents et j'y adhère totalement. Caroline et Alain nous ont accueillis comme des amis et se sont mis en 4 pour satisfaire toutes nos attentes de confort, et de bien-être. Le quartier est très sympathique , sans pression touristique abusive et la plage se trouvant à moins de 10 minutes à pied, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture. Nos enfants sont partis avec Caroline et Alain sur leur catamaran et sont revenus de leur virée emballés par le périple et la beauté des fonds. Pour notre fiesta, Caroline nous a recommandé les services d'un chef et traiteur qui nous a régalés... Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont fait un maximum pour faire de ce séjour un moment inoubliable. Bon vent à tous les deux pour leurs projets en cours. Amitiés . Andrée et Charles

Amazing!!!

Our family stayed at this Villa for 10days and everyday was amazing . The villa is large yet has an intimate feel to it. It is the type of property where you can't help but unwind and that starts the minute you walk in. The pool area is large and has a shady area where you can sit when the sun becomes to strong. Everything you would ever want or need is in the kitchen. Anthony set us up with the best places to eat and told us about areas to hit. He was very helpful and there for us anytime we needed anything. The owners Alan and Carolyn are 2 of the nicest people you will meet. They are fun and love life. This was vacation was the best of my life and everything was perfect!!!!

Merveilleux Dès l'arrivée vous êtes sous le charme Située dans un quartier privilégié de l'île, le parc de la baie orientale, à 2 pas de la plage d'orient bay, vous pénétrez dans un très beau jardin, très vert et entretenu. En progressant vous découvrez la maison et sa superbe piscine avec spa. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit c'est encore plus magique. Tout dans la maison a été pensé pour que le plaisir soit total. Magnifique décoration, cuisine ouverte, équipement moderne, grand espace de vie. Les chambres sont toutes très belles, avec pour chacune une ambiance qui lui est propre. Il y a meme un système de Brumisateur automatique d'huiles essentielles antimoustique à l'extérieur et autour de la piscine. Toutes les photos sur le site reflètent vraiment la réalité, mes photos leurs ressemblent, pas de mauvaise surprise. Tout autour il est facile de se restaurer ou de faire quelques courses. Caroline et Alain, les propriétaires, vous y accueillent avec le sourire et n'espèrent qu'une seule chose: que leur maison vous plaise pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Pas d'hésitation, c'est un choix paradisiaque, allez y les yeux fermés. Non ouvrez les c'est beau!!!!! Attention, vous ne voudrez plus repartir. Isabelle et Pascal

Absolutely a great property and location

We rented all 6 bedrooms at the Adam and Eve residence for a week-long anniversary trip, and the house really made the trip much better. Everything that is represented in the pictures and stated online is truly how the property is. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance but it is nice to grab a cab once in awhile (they travel past pretty regular). The owner Carolyn was very nice and easy to work with and they have a concierge named Anthony that is great. He had great restaurant recommendations. He also and made the reservations for dinner and the travel to st. Barths for the day. The guys (Paul & Focus) he used for transportation we're always on time or waiting for us when we were finished at a location. We couldn't have asked Anthony do be any more helpful. All six couples had a great experience and we are already considering our next trip back. Thank you Brian

Beautiful villa!

My husband, friends and I just completed our stay at the beautiful Adam and Eve villa. Alain and Caroline were wonderful hosts. Prior to our arrival, Alain and Caroline were quick to respond to any questions I had and made me feel comfortable working with them. The day prior to our arrival, there was an issue with the rental car. Alain and Caroline had already arranged another one for me when they contacted me. When we arrived on the island, they greeted us at the airport, took us to the supermarket and to the villa. The villa is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are accurate. We utilized four of the bedrooms which were comfortable and neatly designed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. We used the grill a couple of nights to prepare dinner and enjoyed hanging out at the pool. It is a stunning property and we enjoyed feeling like kings and queens for the week. Alain and Caroline took us on a day trip on their catamaran to Tintamarre and Pinel Island. We had a great time sailing with them. Although they spoke little English and we spoke even less French, that did not stop them from wanting to please us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Alain and Caroline for helping to make this a wonderful trip!

Superbe demeure nichée dans un cadre idyllique au milieu d' une flore tropicale agrémenté d'une grande piscine et d'un jacuzzi. Des belles chambres, vaste et complète au niveau équipements, une préférence pour la "Pool view". Un accueil chaleureux , ici vous ne vous sentez pas comme des clients mais comme des invités privilégié. Nous avons passé deux jours sur le Catamaran de la Résidence, ou nous avons découvert les îles "Fourche" , "Tintamarre" et "Pinel" ainsi que la faune et flore aquatique en schnorkeling. D'excellent repas nous ont été servie durant ces 10 jours de magnifique vacances dans la résidence Adam et Eve.

Nous avons passé 10 journées fabuleuses dans cette merveilleuse maison en famille ! Tout est fonctionnel et adapté pour réussir vos vacances ! La végétation est magnifique, la piscine, le jaccusi , le patio ! On s'y sent comme chez nous ! Très bien situé, proche des plages et des restaurants ! Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours prêt pour vous satisfaire ! Bref qu'une envie y retourner !

Le paradis existe ....

Les photos et les commentaires élogieux nous ont décidé à venir, la réalité nous a subjugués. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles décorées avec goût avec un souci du détail qui reflète parfaitement l'état d'esprit de Caroline et Alain. Vous êtes là pour passer des vacances dans un lieu d'exception. Le jardin, la piscine, le jacuzzi implantés au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante sont un cocon de pure bonheur et de relaxation.Une salle de fitness est à disposition 24h/24 pour entretenir votre forme. Vous pourrez vous offrir également un moment de détente entre les mains de Martine, masseuse professionnelle de la Résidence. Facile d'accès (à 5 mn de marche à pieds de la Résidence) la plage d' Orient Baie, la plus belle de l'île, permet de pratiquer tous types de sports nautiques et de s'y restaurer de manière très correcte et à moindre coût.L'accueil de Caroline et d' Alain maîtres des lieux fut des plus chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise, c'est un couple vraiment charmant qui mettra tout en oeuvre pour que vos vacances restent inoubliables.Si vous optez pour l'option restauration, vous serez étonnés par la créativité des plats que Caroline et Alain vous concoctent. Rien à envier aux plus grands chefs de la métropole. Nous avions réservé une (trop) courte croisière sur leur catamaran. Alain se mue avec aisance comme Capitaine de navire (il vous initiera aux subtiltés de la navigation) . Il nous à fait découvrir des sites de snorkling insoupçonnés d'une richesse incroyable au niveau de la faune avec des tortues à profusion (on se serait crû aux Maldives). Ce fût 10 jours de rêve et nous ne pensons qu'à une chose : y revenir encore plus longtemps en 2017. Marie-Ange et Michel-Frédéric

Villa de rêve

Des suites toutes plus belles les unes que les autres dans un magnifique jardin tropical avec piscine et jacuzzi.Tout est fait pour passer d'inoubliables vacances. Merci Alain et Caroline pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Alain nous a attendu à l'aéroport et nous a montré les lieux incontournables de l'île .Caro nous a accueilli avec sa bonne humeur à la villa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Située à quelques pas d'une des plus belles plages de l'île , un emplacement idéal . N'oublions pas la croisière sur leur catamaran Malice et la découverte des îles et de la mer des Caraïbes . Alain et Caroline sont aux petits soins et sont là des que nous avons besoin. Un cadre idyllique , tout a été parfait Merci Alain et Caroline

Gorgeous property

This is a gorgeous villa with every amenity one could ever ask for. The rooms are spacious and perfectly decorated. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream! The whole villa is impeccably designed for luxury and comfort. A true gem!

résidence chaleureuse et service parfait

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette résidence et vraiment tout était parfait. ..le cadre au milieu d'un jardin tropical, le calme, la beauté et la décoration magnifique de la résidence....sans oublier le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Caroline et Alain qui assurent un service parfait. .La résidence est à proximité de la plage et de toutes les activités. Nous n'avons pas testé mais il y a aussi des possibilités de faire des croisières sur leur catamaran pour découvrir les îles aux alentours. ..bref une superbe adresse.

New Years Eve 2016 - 7 nights of perfection!!!

Caroline & Alain were the most amazing, welcoming hosts! Prior to booking, Alain was quick and thorough to answer all of our questions. They were kind enough to arrange transport from the airport to the Villa - I would highly recommend this, as the property is slightly secluded. When we arrived, the property was just as described - a beautiful tropical oasis! It is located in a very safe and upscale gated community. Upon arrival, they kindly helped us with our bags and welcomed us with a couple bottles of free wine/champagne. They then gave us a tour of the Villa complete with specifics on how to work things - ie. air conditioning, waterfall, ceiling fans, etc. There was a group of 8 of us, and there was more than enough space for all of us to get lost, but great gathering areas where we could all sit, relax and have meals together. The entire Villa from the interior/bedrooms to the exterior/pool & jacuzzi were very clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect and sunny and ideal for relaxing and day-drinking. The Villa had a lot of nice modern touches - ie. portable bluetooth speaker, rain sensitive automatic sunroof in the kitchen, etc. Caroline offered us daily maid service if requested - fresh towels, toiletries, etc. were always provided. Each room was also thoughtfully stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your convenience - for a charge. The Villa location was perfect - a 10 minute walk to Orient Beach, KonTiki & our favorite grocery store of the trip, called "Casino". For a discerning group of 8 from NYC & St. Louis this Villa met and exceeded all of our expectations. We left with the memories of an unforgettable experience!
