The studio consists of an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, a sleeping area with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room, as well as a living room which opens onto a covered terrace. You will have all the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday, with air conditioning, a washing machine, an equipped and fitted kitchen, as well as a high-speed fiber optic Internet connection. In addition, you will have access to the large shared swimming pool with three basins of the residence (open all year from 8am to 6pm), ideal for cooling off and relaxing.
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with little attentions that will make your stay even more pleasant.

It is important to note that you arrive on a small island where the infrastructure may be different from that of a mainland. Consequently, the water and electricity distribution networks can sometimes experience temporary malfunctions. The distribution companies are doing everything possible to quickly restore any cuts.

We would also like to point out that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility for any inconvenience related to these situations beyond our control.
