Les terrains y sont très grands ; les villas sont donc très espacées les unes des autres.

A 1.5 km seulement de la Villa se trouve la sublime plage d`Orient Bay avec :
* ses restaurants de plages,
* ses transats,
* ses activités nautiques,
* sa place du village avec ses restaurants de nuits,
* et également ses commerces de proximité, comme une supérette et une boulangerie.

A 4.5 km, se trouve la très belle plage de Grand Case qui offre une belle alternative à la plage d`Orient Bay avec ses eaux turquoises plus calmes et ses restaurants gastronomiques, ou ses bars au soleil couchant.

Une voiture de location est recommandée pour se déplacer à Saint-Martin.

Great place to stay

This was one of the newer places we have stayed on the island and really enjoyed it. Bedroom bathroom setup was great for multiple adult couples. Beds were really comfortable and they had very nice linens and towels. Great location with easy access to the beach. Nice pool for relaxing at home. Would definitely go back.

This villa is amazing. The gated neighborhood is great and I felt very safe. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The views are to die for. The hosts were so helpful with everything.

Amazing House and Location

Our family had an amazing experience in this house. The space is great and the view is even better. Gilles and Myriam were fantastic to work with and very helpful during our stay. We look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was perfect - great communication with the host Gilles pre-stay and during stay. Check in was super easy, Myriam was amazing. Its a lovely modern home with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, lots of space. We brought my parents and my in-laws along with myself, my wife and my two young kids, 4 and 6 years old. Everyone had a great time. You can relax poolside, go for a swim or short trip to amazing beaches. House has everything you need and all is in great working order. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Gilles and Myriam

Perfect villa for the family vacation

We had an incredible stay at Casa del Mar villa in St. Martin! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature with a breathtaking view that feels like paradise. The villa’s multi-level layout was perfect for our group, which included adult children and grandchildren. The shared spaces—the kitchen, living room, and outdoor area—were ideal for spending quality time together, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The pool was a highlight for everyone; we spent countless hours enjoying it. Myriam was fantastic—always available, communicative, and full of excellent recommendations for local spots. Gilles communication prior to the trip was good. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable vacation, and we truly loved every moment. Highly recommend!
