Beautiful villa with sea view, 130m2 in an independent and closed property. Ideally located in the entrance of Orient Bay resort.



It has 3 air-conditionned bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds) with bathroom en-suite each.



The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a big flat screen.



The kitchen is fully equipped and is entirely open on the large covered terrace with large dinner table, bar, gazebo with outdoor sofa…



The infinity pool is overlooking a small yard and Orient beach village and sea.



The property also has a «pétanque» (bowling) ground, a private parking and an automatic gate that offers complete security.



Possibility to rent a loft attached to the villa (with direct access) if you need a 4th bedroom. (with equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with view and jacuzzi).
