Cobwebs throughout room around lamps, candy behind the table (between the beds), no parking on-site, and the most uncomfortable beds of anywhere throughout the hundreds of nights I have spent travelling. The back of the bathroom door almost made my wife sick with dirty splatters of a substance from too to bottom. DO NOT STAY HERE! I paid a very high rate for a terrible establishment, don’t let yourself be fooled also.

Rooms were not as pictured!!! Don’t expect a decent room. They were dark and grungy. The pictures are probably the original ones when the hotel was built. Really needs a renovation. Breakfast was the only good thing at this hotel.

Quick stop over in Orillia. Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient at checkin. We would definately stay here again and recommend.

We booked this room for an overnight stay for our 17th wedding anniversary . When booking the room the pictures showed a jacuzzi tub in the room , this is the reason I booked this particular room. When we arrived at the hotel I was informed that the tub was not in the room as the picture showed, it was in the bathroom just a regular jet tub, I asked about the in room jacuzzi but all the rooms that had them were booked. We settled for the room because there was nothing else in the area available. I was even more disappointed when we got to our room to see that the jet tub looked dirty and all the jets had black surrounding them . It looked like they haven’t been cleaned ever . So we decided it was ok as they had a hot tub downstairs, we get ready head down to have a hot tub and guess what…. Now even more disappointment it’s closed. This also was not brought to our attention when checking in, overall them room itself was clean just not the tub . The price that I was charged was ridiculous for the amenities we didn’t get So not the overnight stay we wanted very disappointed!!

Great place to stay!
The check in process was seamless, the staff helpful and courteous and the accommodations are everything you need. Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Warren, the bus driver, is awesome!

We stayed here when seeing a concert at casino Rama. The check in was fast, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and large. They offer a shuttle bus for $10 per person to and from the casino which was so great. Even give a breakfast voucher, not too many places do anymore. Would stay again!

Room was good. Very small shower with low ceilings in the bathroom. Hot tub was not functioning and the gym was the afterthought type. Bed had ruts so you were stuck in a spot. Sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it said continental but it actually had everything and then some. Coffee was weak, make coffee in the room and bring it for fresh milk/cream if needed.
