「BGY Airport house è piuttosto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Bergamo. Purtroppo siamo arrivati tardi la sera quindi abbiamo dovuto per forza prendere un taxi che ci è costato 20 euro, ma al mattino c'è un bus comodissimo che parte a pochi metri dall'hotel e si arriva in aeroporto in 10 minuti. Consigliato!」

「Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a lovely modern design. We liked the balcony and the thoughtful details such as free water, coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and there were two TVs. The price is fair for the quality. The only small thing to improve would be using better...

「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」
