This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury townhome (1,450 sq. ft.) with private pool is one of the best-located homes in Windsor Hills. You will be only a few steps away from the Clubhouse, Water Park, and Community Pool.

The convenience of parking in your own driveway and simply walking to the clubhouse with your towels is what families appreciate the most. If you have young children or older family members, the easy access is a big plus. You can go back and forth between the house and the pool in seconds, without long walks or parking hassles.

Security Camera Notice
For safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed: one by the
driveway, facing the main entrance, and another on the side of the house near the
pool equipment area. The driveway camera helps us monitor access to the property, while the side camera is there to simply ensure that the pool system remains secure and operates properly, and that no unauthorized guests or children go near the pool equipment.
There are no cameras inside the home or in any private or recreational areas, such as the pool or patio.
