The property owner communicated well. They were able to provide some answers up front which was good but towards the end not so much. The place was disappointing, the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were not the cleaned and both main bathrooms were dirty. The master bathroom had so much hair around it. There was a ball of hair behind the toilet and the tub did not drain properly at first then not at all. The second shower needed to be cleaned before we could use it. The dryer in the laundry room was filled with damp towels that I had to dry to be able to use it. The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees so I just dealt with it. The pictures of the place are mostly accurate. Fortunately we were not in the rental all day so we just ignored most of the other issues like the deadbolt getting stuck or the what appeared to be a broke screen door on the balcony. The location was convenient and the property is in a gated community (which wasn’t pointed out but good) and easy to get too. I would not stay again but hopefully the property owner can address these issues before the next booking they get.

Our visit to florida was a great experience, our stay at this townhome in Kissimmee was so convenient and worth the stay. The owner was very helpful and answered promptly to any messages. We were so close to Walmart about 5 mins.away, 30 mins. from orlando, SeaWorld and the other parks. Close to outlets as well and restaurants in a good area too

We stayed here recently and, while the location had a few positives, there were several issues with the property.There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, only shampoo, and no extra toilet paper provided (one bathroom even had none at all). The master bathroom tub made a loud creaking/cracking sound with every step, and the blinds were falling apart. The screen door for the sliding door was off to the side and not functional. The furniture and décor felt old and outdated - the sofa seat cushions were sinking in badly. No extra trash bags were provided, which was inconvenient.On the positive side, there was a small park within walking distance that the kids enjoyed, as well as a pool. Check-in at the gate was quick and easy.Overall, the stay had a couple of nice amenities, but the property itself could really use maintenance and updates.

It was not clean the bed sheets was nasty dishes half clean towels and rags was still in washer they have not been dryed we had to dry them and put them away the sofa was broke it was just nasty it did not look like it was on the picture I was upset and I wanted my whole refund back I still think I should get 100 back I only got 50 back cause we had to cleaning and all

My stay was good. There was great space which I enjoyed very much. Hospitality was in the air!On the down side, little more attention is needed to the cleanliness of the bed linen and the state of the blinds. Overall a nice place. Thanks for making our stay nice.
