Beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse on the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa. This home is fully furnished to the highest standards and provides all you could want for the perfect family holiday! The living area offers a bright open space for dining and relaxing with high quality coordinated furniture. It has a large flat screen TV with cable channels. A number of DVD's and board games are provided. The open kitchen area has all the appliances and utensils needed for the expert cook and has a phone to order take-aways for those who don't cook! A children's high chair, play pen and stroller is available. The first floor has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and 3 additional bedrooms; the master and 2 twin rooms. The master has a King bed, flat screen TV, wardrobes and en-suite with oval bath, shower and toilet. The spacious 2 twin rooms have flat screen TV's 1 twin bed and a bunk bed. The Queen bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite with bath, shower and toilet. This home has no rear neighbors. The resort offers lagoon swimming pools, lazy river, slide and play area as well as clubhouse, game room, gym and spa. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are all within walking distance. Adjacent to the superb Highlands Reserve golf course (par 72) where preferential rates are available. All major attractions within 15 mins. Perfect for a family holiday! The resort has a 24 hour reception, clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving food and drinks from breakfast until late, both inside and outside on the terrace overlooking the pool area. The area is Wi-Fi enabled, has an internet room, games room, fully equipped gym and spa. There is a $20 Per Day/Per House Resort Fee plus tax, which is payable directly To Regal Palms upon your Check in. Pool towels are available in the property. If you prefer to bring your own, that is fine. If you use the Resort Pool Towels you will need to pay a Deposit for Each Towel.

Beautiful Resort

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house is great, just as listed. The resort amenities were amazing, my kids loved the pool area. The location was also fantastic being near everything we needed and an easy drive to and from Disney. We will definitely be back!

Great VRBO!

We enjoyed the condo and being 25-30 minutes from Disney. The home was in good condition, just needs a few things updated. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the lazy river.

If not twice a year, I’ll definitely be staying at least once a year! The weather was absolutely perfect for some poolside fun. While my daughter is still too young for the slide (which looked like so much fun!), we had the best time floating in the lazy river and splashing around in the shallow areas. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to markets, restaurants, dessert spots, and so much more. Everything we needed was within a quarter of a mile, making our stay effortless. It’s also an ideal spot for Disney goers—just far enough from the parks for a peaceful retreat, yet only a 20 to 30-minute drive (40 with traffic). There’s so much to see and do, I’ll definitely be staying longer next time! The neighborhood itself was incredibly relaxing, quiet, and welcoming, with wonderful neighbors who made us feel right at home. An absolute gem!

February Trip

This unit is a bit smaller than others we have stayed in but for our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. We only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Check in at the resort was very easy and any questions we had were answered very promptly by the owners. The house was very clean and stocked with some basic supplies until we were able to go shopping. There are some baby items in the unit like strollers, high chair, and playpen. It is located towards the back of Regal Palms away from road noise. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the pool. We will definitely be saving this unit in our favourites for future stats.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property from October 23-30, it was a perfect place for my family and my brother’s family. The host responded quickly to any problems that had occur. We found a wasp nest in the back and within 5 minutes she send someone to take care of it. We needed a vacuum and she had one delivered within an hour. Lastly I forgot my kids health cards on the counter after we checked out and she paid to have them send to me. The best service that I had ever received when staying at a rental property! We will be back!

Regal Palms

We got to the property and the cleaning wasn't completed. We were quite surprised to find clothes in the dryer, a cleaning basket, floors not swept and the counters not cleaned. We called the management company and the owner called us immediately saying how sorry she was. She made it immediately right, and had the cleaners come back to finish the job. We were so happy with her promptness and resolution solutions. We came back from supper to a clean house and we really enjoyed the next three days! We would stay there again! The resort was lovely and my children really felt like they were living on a resort.

This property was amazing!!! Carolina was awesome ! The townhouse was spacious and had plenty of room! The kids loved it! The adults loved it even more!!! Indoor laundry unit came in handy especially with the little ones. The amenities that came with the property was such a steal!!!
