Spring Break

The house was a great size for our family and the location to the resort pool and club house was perfect. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and the staff was very fast to respond to any questions or concerns.

Easy book and nice place

Great location and fun little waterpark /arcade within walking distance. Almost every room in the house had its own bathroom. Close to all the parks and restaurants.

Lovely spacious home

The location and complex amenities were fantastic. Did not know about no access to the bbq grill without a 50 cleaning charge which we didn't opt into. The heating of the pool and hot tub were great but the tub jets are incredibly weak and almost nonexistent. Overall awesome house and spacious! Would definitely book again.

Perfect March Break Away

We had an amazing time during our stay. The home was exactly as described and provided an ideal space for our family. Open concept, clean, walkouts to the pool area, ensuites for each bedroom and games and fun in the garage. Lost of space for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy.Other bonuses: the house is centrally located in the community so very close to the playgrounds and the main pool and facilities. Windsor Hills itself is perfectly located in central Florida so you are within a short driving distance to everything.We loved it so much we have booked again for next year!

Great location/Great Community

We’ve stayed in this community a handful of times. I love how we can order groceries/have them ready for pickup when we arrive. We’ve stayed in the condos before. There is a community pool, concession stand and various activities at the clubhouse. This time we stayed at a house with a pool and game room. Everything was great and was fun to having the pool for some swimming at night since we had teenagers with us. I’d definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

The property was very nice. Property management very promt w communication. Definitely needed a few things updated. The matresses were very uncomfortable and loud like hard plastic so if you moved at night the sound woke you. The icemaker was broken and unfortunately during our stay the pool broke but staff was very attentive even during the holiday week. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable & good location

Nice neighborhood and community pool. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I assumed the hot tub was hot and didn't require an additional charge. I think 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom isn't enough. Beds were comfortable but the queen was noisy. The neighbors pool pump was a little loud during the night by the master. Little things could be improved upon but functional and convenient location. Game room was fun. Community pool and store were nice. Would recommend.

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. Spacious and comfortable. Property location is good, secure and quiet. Close to main office and waterslides. There are a lot of activities including pool table, air hockey and foosballHouse is big enough for family of 6. A BIG thank you for heated pool. It was big and warm. I wish kitchen could be better equipped. Some of the items (knives and pots) need to be replaced. The big complaint was that property management fails to effectively communicate with renters. They never respond . After all it’s perfect for my family.

Safe and clean property

Property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Bring your own convenience items, provided items are very minimal. You get two towels and one hand towel per bathroom. No washcloths. Bring stuff like toilet paper, paper towels, washcloths, coffee filters, kitchen items. Has sufficient plates and silverware but not enough cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

2 1/2 hour check in delay due to issues owner had with passwords and connecting to Windsor

The house is very clean and nice. Everything that we needed was available. The downside was check in process Windsor did not have us listed as gate guests so would not check us in. This was booked about 9 months in advance so plenty of time to add us as guests. A big complaint additionally is that you really need to update mattresses as they wear out. I have a video of how loud mine was in the queen bed and like a rock. Dryer would not dry bc vent was so packed full it could not dry.

Holiday Time

The location and amenities were great. It worked well for our family with kids to have the pool in the backyard and also use the resort pool and splash pad. It was nice to have the garage set up as a game room. But, the property needs attention, updated and repairs need to be made. The mattresses in most of the bedrooms need to be replaced (sagging or squeaking.) The breakfast hightop table finish is well-worn. The TV in one of the bedrooms lost its pixel brightness blackening screen and unable to use it. Towel bars missing or need to be replaced, small holes in the wall in some places, the living room sofa has duck tape to cover the rips, and the vertical blinds are missing slates or they fall off the hooks. I recommend this property receive some attention and make some improvements.

We enjoyed our stay

We loved the location and the amenities provided. We are a family of 9 and had enough room for our big family with lots of fun entertainment options at the house. My kids also enjoyed the water slides and the basketball courts on the grounds. Down sides, the attendant at the gate told us our house was double booked (it was not but getting this info at midnight and having to make calls before we were allowed on the grounds was not fun), the pool wouldn’t heat (I was in contact with the property manager a lot throughout the trip to advise but they couldn’t resolve the issue while we were there), and all non-perishable extras typically left by prior tenants were cleared out. So things like salt or coffee are not there. So make sure to have a food delivery scheduled immediately, pack some snacks or plan a grocery stop into your drive to the premise. Luckily, there is a Walmart very close by! Overall we had a great time and we would definitely go back!!

Great Location - House needs some TLC

Location was perfect, gated community, felt safe, lots of families, wasn't loud, great clubhouse. House itself had a great layout and great pool, we paid for pool heating and it did not disappoint. House on the surface was clean but it really needs a deep, deep clean and a little TLC. There were stains on the walls in multiple places as well as many of the doors that could easily been wiped clean as well as the leather couch. The light switches were disgusting, we actually wiped them all down ourselves. There was carpet in the bedrooms which was light in color and full of stains, we kept our luggage out in the main room as we didn’t want to put our stuff on the carport as it was pretty gross. The vertical blinds on the patio doors were missing multiple slates and many of them kept falling out, this wasn’t a big deal just a nuisance. One of the patio doors was unlocked when we got there as it appeared to be broken, we did contact the property management company and it was fixed the next day however we still spent a night feeling a little uneasy. The property management company was very good to deal with and we have no complaints there other than we would have appreciated the lock fixed when we got there and not the next day. The beds were not great specifically the double/queen bed, it was much like a crib mattress, not comfortable at all and pillows appeared old and very worn. If it had a deep clean and a little TLC it would perfect.

Family trip

Our vacation was very good, lots of fun. But I have to say that we have spent less for a two week vacation home and those houses were MUCH better in the way of cleanliness and equipment functions. But all in all it was wonderful.

Perfect place!

Perfect from start to finish. Great communication with property managers. Every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool was clean and heat was perfect for cold FL nights.
