Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Not clean. Roaches. Incorrect instructions for locking front door. No box springs for main floor bed. Mold in washing machine detergent dispenser. Loose stair handrail. Communication regarding these issues was slow and felt AI generated. Email with pictures regarding these issues to vrbo has not been acknowledged nor resolved.
