It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with 1246 sq. ft. It is a luxury condo in Windsor Hills Resort only 2.5 Miles Away from Disney!. Condo is fully furnished. It is on the ground floor in a very quiet corner. No need to climb stairs! It is at a walking distance to the pool and the clubhouse, which is the most desirable location in Windsor Hills. The pool and clubhouse area are only a few steps away from our building.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need, includes large refrigerator/freezer,range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster, etc. It can comfortably seat six people at the breakfast table, dining room, just outside the kitchen. Also available, for no additional charge is wireless internet service for your computer, so you can keep up with the world...if you really want to. Condo sleeps 08 (including 02 people in the Sofa Bed in the Living Room) plus a baby in a pack & play provided. Technically, could be 09 :)
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double Olympic-sized heated pool which features a two-story spiral water slide, children’s water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area. There are lighted tennis, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a fully equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, and two children’s playgrounds. It is one of the rental properties closest to the Disney main entrance. Two right turns and two miles after exiting Windsor Hills and you are driving under the “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign. Driving time to the various Disney parks varies from about 7-12 minutes from Windsor Hills, depending on the park you are visiting.
The living room features a flat screen TV. There are also flat screen TVs in the Master BR and the other two bedrooms. Master Bed and Living Room feature ceiling fans, window treatments, and bed and bath linens. In addition to cable TV, we also provide a secure high speed wi-fi connection.
The master BR features a king bed and a private ensuite. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd. Bedroom has 2 twins. The 2nd. and 3rd. Bedrooms share a bath.
Condo will sleep up to 8 guests with a maximum of 9 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also offer towels for use at the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, keetle and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, glassware (including wine glasses). Additionally, Condo has a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.
