KITCHEN- is fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc.

DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM – Open floor plan allows enough space for 10 people to lounge in the living room and 13 dining comfortably. Wifi , included – 55” smart tv.

PARKING- There is assigned parking in the driveway. Free street parking along the side of the house.

POOL - We do not have a hearing system for the pool or jacuzzi. It’s used as a kid pool.

We send our guests an illustrated pdf before their stay with a list of initial supplies we provide and recommendations for some of our favorite local spots!

We are available via messaging, text, or phone call and will respond quickly.

ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. Exceeding max or unregistered guests will incur cancellation and a fee.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Primary guest and 1 additional guest must provide a valid ID. All other guests must be registered by full name before check-in.If the primary guest is under 25, a valid ID from someone 25+ is required (presence not required). No local guests. Emergency contact required via form.
~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
Inside the home. You may smoke outside in the backyard only. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guests responsibility.
~~NO PETS ~~
Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
~~NO LOUD MUSIC ~~

REMINDERS:
~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK IN is anytime after 4:00 PM.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $59 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $49 per hour will apply to each request.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.
~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return any keys will incur a $200 replacement fee.
$100 for lock-out service.
