• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
• Use of frying tools are prohibited
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Use of any other grills outside of grill rentals are prohibited. Grill rental info will be provided.
• Signed Renter Agreement needed prior to Check-In instructions and door access code.
• $300 Security Deposit
In case of hurricanes, inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities in our resort community may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of each amenity. To ensure compliance of house rules and safety of our guests, there will be recording device and 24/7 video surveillance in the outdoor lanai/patio, side yard and ring doorbell. Violations of house rules will be asked to leave property with no refund.
