Condo stay
The resort was very nice. Having heated pool was very nice as well. Good selection of books to read by the pool. Need organized activities big time. Activity coordinator. Now for the not so good stuff, our bed in the condo was swaybacked something awful. The couch needed replacing years ago. Saggy !!! The garbage disposal dripped water out where the electrical cord comes out the bottom of the unit. We unplugged it while there and it needs to be addressed asap !!!

Lovely stay
Perfect for the two of us travelling from uk, we have stayed at other villas that we’re getting old and tired and are so glad we have now found this one, this condo is clean, beautiful safe surroundings, absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen ( we ate out though) the bed is soooo comfy. We had noisy upstairs neighbours for one of our weekends but I understand that is something that has to be expected with other people staying above us, we would be looking to stay here again on our next holiday. A complete oversight on my behalf was that I never noticed in the listing that it doesn’t have a safe, we appreciate a safe to keep our passports and spending money in and haven’t encountered a home without one but that is my fault for not noticing. Many thanks for your hospitality

Just as described
This unit was perfect for a 5 week stay I recently had in Florida. The pictures were accurate, the community was quiet and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and proactive with information. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with quality items, and the location is prime for easy access to shopping, almost any sort of dining one could want, and easy access to Walt Disney World. I truly appreciated my time, and the professional and courteous interactions with both the host and their local property manager.

Iron couldn't be used, had burn marks Towels were old and frayed and whites were dingy. Washing machine made noise while taking in water and would not begin wash cycle.

Disney trip
This was a perfect place to stay for a Disney trip. We were about 20 minutes from the parks and we’re there from open to close so didn’t spend much time at the condo but it seems to have everything we would need if we spent more time there.

Perfect Condo for a Disney Vacation
My wife and I decided to take a short trip to Orlando to experience DIsney at Halloween. This was a perfect place for the two of us. It had all the amenities you could ask for and only 15-20 minutes from all Disney Parks and Disney Springs as well as 5 minutes from grocery stores, etc.. The hosts were wonderful! We had an early morning flight coming into Orlando and they allowed us to check in earlier than the usual check in time! We would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you to our hosts!

Only 15 min from the parks and really close to a lot of nice restaurants and fun stuff to do. There’s also a target nearby which was convenient and so is the gas station right outside the apartment.

We enjoyed having a kitchen which was well stocked as well as having a King-size bed which is harder to find with VRBOs. Also the AC was very powerful and we were very comfortable. Would recommend for couples!

Perfect stay for Disney
This was a perfect location for us for our trip to Disney. We drove to Florida so we had a car with us. We felt confident with a gated community entering and leaving the community. The acess to the parks was easy. I was worried a little with the traffic but the location was great! The room itself was perfect. Had what we needed and more. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great place to stay for WDW vacation
Indulged my adult daughter on a Walt Disney World trip prior to her starting PA school. We are not Disney fanatics, and wanted more than just a hotel room. This place was perfect. We shared the king size bed but neither of one us was really aware of the other person. It was SO comfortable - just like everyone said. The bathroom has a single vanity, but still has plenty of room for toiletries, contacts, etc for both of us. The host provided everything we needed! Be sure to check out the pool too. Very nice, quiet location to get a break from the Disney crowds! Easy to get to/from the parks. Even in June, traffic was a breeze. Plenty of parking - we usually were always able to get the close parking.

Small yet comfortable place to rest your head.
Fast, clear communication with our host a major plus. Simple yet comfortable condo, about 20-25 minute drive from Disney Parks which was the reason for our stay. Only downside for me personally was the area has only chain restaurants and kitschy tourist shops. But other than our first night arriving, we ate breakfast in and then other meals at surrounding areas after our day so it didn’t matter much. I was traveling with my 5yr old and felt very safe in the gated residence which is the most important thing for me. There’s a playground & pool which would have been nice for downtime at the condo but we were on the go the entire trip :)

Hidden Away But Close to all the Great Attractions
It was a Great Stay. Bed was super comfortable. Pretty much everything is in place for what you need. Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Publix is close for food. If you go out to eat there are many choices that are also close. Heated pool onsite!! Many chairs and tables surround the pool. Wish I had more time there!! Will stay again.

Beautifully landscaped Legacy Dunes is easy to get to if you’re driving to the area. Great for sunning-2 pools. Great walks. Traffic in area rarely subsides. Noisy Neighbors could be a little more considerate. Owners are responsive and easy to work with!

Great place for a winter escape
My wife and I stayed at the Legacy Dunes 1 Bedroom condo during our week long January escape from the cold weather of Ohio. The Condo was clean with a comfortable king bed and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. We used the clubs fitness center and ping pong table and would have enjoyed the pool if the weather was warmer. The VRBO is - 15 minutes from the Disney Resorts and many places to eat.

Central and clean
Honestly, this condo is so central. Our flight was unfortunately two hours late and arrived after midnight. The owners patiently waited and we were able to check in with no problem. We have family in Tampa that we were able to visit and we also wanted to enjoy Disney world. We were able to make it to Orlando airport in roughly 30 minutes.
