There are six bedrooms spread over two floors, two TV rooms, a games room and a fully screened in pool and jacuzzi.

Upon entry you are greeted with an open plan view of the downstairs living area and immediately you will realize how bright and airy this house is. The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can cater for your family at home, without having to eat out every night. There is a breakfast bar which seats 4, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while you cook! There is also a formal dining table that seats a further eight people. The downstairs lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and a wall mounted flatscreen TV with cable television and a DVD player. From here there are patio doors to the brick paved pool area which has a good sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine and a shaded patio table, perfect for al fresco dining. The first of the master bedrooms is downstairs and has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with pool access door. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table and air hockey table which converts into a ping pong table. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the games room for convenience.

Moving upstairs there is a large loft area with plenty of seating and wall mounted flatscreen. You can watch what you like downstairs and send the kids upstairs to watch their choice. The remainder of the bedrooms, including the second master with en-suite bathroom which is at the front of the house, are upstairs. There are two family bathrooms upstairs also.

The house has 8 smart TV's for your leisure as well as free WiFi and unlimited calling to anywhere in the world!

There is off street parking at the front of the house for two cars and the resort facilities are over the road but walking distance. Stroll across to enjoy the beautiful pool and lazy river, take the kids to the splash zone and keep an eye on them as you relax in one of the poolside cabanas. Feeling energetic? There is a fully equipped state of the art fitness center to help you keep control of the American portion sizes. With all there is to do in the house and within the resort it's unlikely to hear the kids say I'm bored, but just in case there is a gaming arcade with plenty of competitive games to while away an hour or two. There are two bars on site and snacks available.
