Family Vacation
Our family stay at the Bellavida resort every summer so we are very familiar with the area. The house was as listed. It was clean. the check-in process was amazing compared to previous stays, however, we didn't receive our check-in instructions until the morning of our check-in date. The house was just what we needed, enough place to be together yet have your personal space when needed. I chose this house due to the size of the beds. The pool was clean however the pool area can use some tending to. Additionally, the grill was locked, smoke detector in one of the upstairs bedrooms battery needed to be replaced. I messaged the host a few times with no response. I even called the telephone number in the listing and received and still have not received a response. Overall the house it self was just what we needed but the host needs to work on his communication .
