Easy check-in; very convenient; very large, nice property.

This house was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was very conveniently located between the theme parks in Orlando, and our basketball tournament in Winter Haven. The house was clean; inside and out. All appliances were working, and looked new. There was ample space for everyone to relax. Kerri's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The pool was amazing, the kids enjoyed every minute.

Great Location

Our stay at this property was good. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the game room. The kitchen had everything that we needed though we didn't cook often as we were in town for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy Space Center. The drive wasn't bad to Disney Parks and the area is well populated, so groceries and gas weren't an issue. The property was identical to the pictures. We did have to wash towels daily as we had 4 guests, but we just did that in the evening. I'd recommend this property for Disney trip.

Decent place to stay near Disney

Overall this was an easy transaction and a nice place to stay. The pool was refreshing for the kids after a hot day. The rooms were all plenty big enough. The neighborhood felt safe and it was good distance to parks. There were a couple of improvements that we thought, if made, would make it a 5 star. 1) The beds in the kids room are extremely high, even for an adult! One night my 4 year old son fell out of bed hitting his head on the night stand. We decided the bed was just to high for him so he slept with an adult after that. A couple of nights later my 11 year old daughter fell out of bed causing an instant large welt on her head. 2) None of the games in game room worked properly. It was a big let down for the kids who had became excited when viewing the pictures of the home. For the price this was not a bad property to stay at. If renting I would just plan to have the kids sleep somewhere other than the kids themed bedroom.

Perfect Place, Great Value

We planned a low key vacation with daily (no parks) vacay and we looked for a private pool and game room. This fit what we needed. The house is very well taken care of and besides a few minor details that Kerri made sure were taken care of right away our stay was good. We recommend this house and the value was great.

Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean house! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a great lay out, and was equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and and relaxing in the beautiful Florida weather. The game room had a couple things that weren’t working, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We spent 2 days at Disney which was an easy 30 minute drive.

We rented the property because our oldest son literally lives around the corner. It was spring break and his birthday so we rented a place where my daughter and her 2 small children could join us. This home was perfect. Fun game room!

Fantastic homely villa to enjoy Orlando

We stayed for 2 weeks in this villa and found it to be a fantastic base to explore Disney and other parks around Orlando. The villa is very homely and our kids loved the games room and the pool as well as the games consoles, TVs etc. Kerri was a brilliant and responds to any messages very quickly and makes regular contact to check everything is great for you! Would happily recommend this villa to any family visiting Orlando.
