Blue Moon Valley Villa is a fabulous, luxurious, spacious property, completed in December 2016 and situated on the wonderful Champions Gate Retreat site, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 separate bathrooms (perfect for up to 8 adults and three small children) a kitchen, dinning area, open plan living space, a loft theater with projection screen to keep the kids entertained, a laundry room, a games room, a patio, a true south facing splash pool and separate spa pool which gets sun all day long, is not overlooked from the rear and with privacy glass on both sides you can hot tub to your hearts content.

Internally the property is decorated to a very high standard and we have enjoyed every moment of the house build and decoration, not something you often often hear from an owner.

Champions Gate resort is a gated community, with an attendant, to help ensure safety for visiting guests. The Villa is very close to the Oasis Clubhouse, with its massive 25,000 sq. ft building its SPECTACULAR! If you want a day closer to home and rest your feet from walking the parks then there are two huge resort-style pools, one being an adult pool while the other pool features an exciting water slide. For the little ones, there is a splash park that will provide hours of entertainment. There is also a lazy river to soak in the sunshine along with private poolside cabanas. A restaurant and a full-service bar are available to serve up your favorite food and drinks. The fitness wing has all the latest in cardio and weight training equipment while the spa will help rejuvenate your tired muscles. The resort also features organized games for kids. While the kids are busy having the time of their lives, each of the poolside loungers has a flag that you simply lift up. Within seconds, a pool attendant will be available to take your order.

There is also an 18-hole golf course and future plans include a tennis facility with 7 tennis courts and a center court having stadium seating.

Blue Moon Valley Villa is in a great location. Champions Gate Resort is 30 minutes from Orlando airport, is located right off I-4, providing easy access to the Disney World theme parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios Orlando. There is a wealth of shopping opportunities, including the popular outlet malls within minutes of the Resort with every type of dining nearby, from all-you-can-eat buffets to fine dining in a romantic setting.

In addition, several world-class golf courses are within a mile from ChampionsGate, where you can golf for a week and play a different course each time.

The property is managed by Florida Spirit who are on hand to settle you into the Villa and assist with any queries on site, they also provide a handy app which will give lots of information so you and your guests will get the most out of your stay.

You will see on your quote a couple of tax charges, the first is Florida Sales tax at 7% and the second is a wonderful creation called Florida Tourist Tax, in Osceola County this is charged at 7.5%, as homeowners its our obligation to file and pass this on to the county by the 20th of every month or face the wrath of the wonderful Bruce Vickers, Osceola County Tax Collector, a man with a fearsome mustache and a reputation to match! We wish we didn't but there you go!
