As you walk through the front foyer, you will feel right at home! Immediately on the right is the first bedroom on the first floor. It has a Queen bed in the room with a large TV, and window that you can look out of. As you walk out of the room, you will see the stand alone bathroom to the right with a stand up shower/bath tub, toilet and single sink with mirror. Walk out of the bathroom, and across from it you will find the door that leads to the one car garage that has been converted into a games room!

The game room has a brand new air hockey table and pool table that is perfect for the kids looking to play some fun games in the home! On the first floor is also the utility room that house the fully functioning washer and dryer for your personal use.

The dining area on the first floor is a mother's dream! This gorgeous dining set seats 10 comfortably and is great for private dinners with loved ones. The upholstered chairs are a beautiful cream, beige color that matches the pale blue accent walls. the living room is spacious and open. This is the perfect place for the family to congregate and watch TV while enjoying down time!

The kitchen in the home is a showstopper! The island is made into bar area that seats 4 people and has a sink for easy access to another water supply. This kitchen is a cook's pride and joy. Cook and entertain in this kitchen. The lovely gray black splash matches the dark brown/black cabinets and gunmetal gray stainless steal appliances are top of the line! Store some of your vacation snacks in the pantry and keep all your drinks for the theme parks nice and cool in the refrigerator.

The second bedroom on the first floor is considered one of the master bedrooms. This room has a large King bed with an attached ensuite. The ensuite has dual his and hers sings, stand up shower and toilet. A bonus door in the ensuite leads out to the back yard pool and patio. The pool area has a privacy screens on the side as well!

Go up the stairs to the second level where straight ahead you will immediately see the third bedroom which is the largest master bedroom with and ensuite. This room has a king bed (with a TV) in it and the attached ensuite has two dual his and hers sinks, separate closed off are for the toilet and a large garden tub! This bathroom is the largest and best bathroom in the house, because the mirror is larger and the lighting is better.

Coming out of the master bedroom, you will come to the upstairs loft area that was made into a theatre entertainment room. There is a large projector here where you can watch DVDs. Continuing through the second floor you will find the fourth bedroom that has two single beds that have bright yellow comforters and cute upholstered headboards! There is a TV in this room as well! Outside of this bedroom there is a stand alone bathroom that has a single sink, toilet and bathtub.

The last bedroom on the second floor is the fifth room that is unique. It has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people! On the lower level of the bunk it is a full, and on the top it is a single. There is also a TV in this room.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

You have access to all the amenities this home has to offer including the Oasis Clubhouse! The Oasis Clubhouse is within proximity of your future vacation home and features all of the following: A Two Story Waterslide, 1,000ft Lazy River, a Children`s Splash Zone, Aerobics room, Movie Theater, Volleyball Court, Fitness Center, Jacuzzi Tub and even a restaurant for your personal enjoyment! This home will go fast so don`t miss out on all the fun it has to offer to you and your family!

Our Florida Spirit office is close to your vacation home and if you need assistance you`re more than welcome to reach out to us at all hours of the day. Otherwise we`ll give you your time to enjoy everything the area has to offer!!

This neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! It has a manned gate for all our guests safety, a golf course on site and the Oasis Clubhouse for your access. The neighborhood is also close to Walt Disney World and other surrounding grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Please note, this property is in a new Resort area and may undergo construction at any time. If this is a concern, please reach out to us prior to booking.

Parking is complimentary with your stay! We do suggest limiting your parking on the streets to only during the day due to potential towing at night. Our other means of travel is by Uber, Taxi or Lyft upon payment to driver!
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
♣ Departure time is 10 a.m. Failure to leave at the designated time will result in an automatic $75 late departure charge.
♣ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional paper products during their vacation stay (i.e. paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper).
♣ Prior to departure, all cookware and dishes must be properly washed and put away in cupboards.
♣ Towels in the home are provided by Florida Spirit for your use and enjoyment. If any towels in the home are damaged due to stains stemming from make-up, greasy self-tanners, hair dyes, bodily fluids, etc. You will be charged for the towel damages.
♣ Guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all trash in the home, failure to comply with our trash policy will result in an additional charge to your account.
♣ It is the guests’ responsibility to fully read and comprehend the rental agreement and be entirely compliant with all rules, regulations, and policies of Florida Spirit as outlined in the rental contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of the Rental Agreement entered into between GUEST and FLORIDA SPIRIT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. (hereinafter `Florida Spirit`).
1. Nature of Use. Guest is hereby granted a license to use the Premises. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no form of tenancy has been created pursuant to Chapter 83, Florida Statutes through Guest`s use of the Premises.
2. Age Requirement. Guests under the age of 18 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to rent or occupy any vacation rental home from Florida Spirit. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and removal from the premises.
3. Agency of Florida Spirit. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Florida Spirit acts as agent on behalf of the owner of the subject vacation property (the `Premises`) for the purpose of reserving, renting and managing the use of the Premises.
4. Prohibited Uses. Only Guests and persons identified in the Rental Agreement as a Guest party may use or occupy any part of the Premises. Guests may not invite other persons to make use of the Premises or the amenities related to such Premises for any reason whatsoever. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Premises. Failure to comply with Florida Spirit’s non-smoking policy will result in a $75 charge to the credit card on file. Grills should only be used on the lawn outside of the pool screen, and not inside any other part of the Premises including, without limitation, inside the house, in the garage, or on the pool deck. Guests are solely responsible for using appropriate safety precautions in using grills on the Premises, and shall be liable for all damage resulting from the misuse of any grill. Parents are solely responsible for supervising their children on the Premises, including the pool, if applicable. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the pool. Renters must be 18 years of age and hold a major credit card (not debit card) in their name.
5. Pets. Guest acknowledges that NO PETS or animals of any nature are permitted on the Premises, unless the reservation and Florida Spirit has expressly authorized such use. Some homes are Pet Friendly (DOGS ONLY, maximum 2) and require a non-refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 and $250 Refundable Pet Deposit that is refunded after departure if there are no damages caused from the pet. If pets or animals are found to be occupying the Premises without authorization, Guest will be subject to all other rights and remedies of Florida Spirit for violation of these Terms and Conditions, and in addition a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
6. Check In/Check Out. Check in at the home is after 4:00 p.m. and check out from the home is before 10:00 a.m. Use last four digits of reservation number to access your home during your stay dates. Guest may proceed directly to the Premises for check in. Guests are requested to lock the home behind them on day of departure. Failure to depart by 11:00 am may result in a $75.00 charge to the credit card on file.
7. Right to Refuse Occupancy and Removal of Guest.
