Remote work/Golf trip

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Reunion Resort. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the decor is beautiful-modern, stylish, and comfortable. The outdoor space was one of our favorite features: spacious, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying Florida weather. A plus was the awning for hot summer days. There were a few hiccups during our stay. When we arrived, the door code provided was incorrect, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in for over two hours. Communication could have been smoother during that time. The house does have a hot tub, but just a heads-up — it shares the same temperature as the pool, so it doesn’t heat up to a true hot tub level. Lastly, the air conditioning worked perfectly downstairs, but upstairs it wouldn’t go below 68, which was a bit warm during an especially hot week. My husband and I wound up sleeping downstairs. We would’ve loved to set it closer to 64/65 at night.Even with those minor issues, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Host was unattentive, the hoe we rented was filhy with hair in sinks, bed had crumbs in them, dead insects on window sills, one of the ceiling lights was hanging out of the ceiling by the wires, the oven would attempt to fall out of the wall when ever we opened the oven door and placed a tray on the open door, dirty silverware in the drawer along with dirty dishes in the cupboard. Nothing to remove hot pans from the over with. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOME Hosts are just AI robots when texting them, they have nothing to say . and can't solve anythingI have many pictures that I will be happy to upload.

Reunion

House was nice and clean but they say 5 full baths and it’s 4 1/2. There are not enough bath towels for the suggested # of guests and no hand towels in the kitchen. The shower door downstairs fell on my daughter and the front door locked us out and there was no one answering the phones. We had a 3month baby and it took them 20-30mins to return our calls
