We welcome you to our BRAND NEW beautiful & cozy 5 bed / 4.5 bath home with Private Pool, with all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation in Orlando.

The home is BRAND NEW and located inside the also BRAND NEW Windsor Island Resort.

This home is the perfect getaway to relax or extend your fun after a full day at a theme park visit, golfing or shopping trip. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!

The floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up a delicious meal.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool as well as grill poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional service / add-on).

Located in Davenport, about 10 miles from Disney Park complex (connections to the parks – distances will vary) and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee / subject availability.

TRASH PICKUP: Trash is picked up everyday by resort service. A trash barrel is provided outside.

RESORT ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all adults (Under 18 in case they are driving) in the group to gain access to the Resort / Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the Airbnb chat with Host.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
