Well equipped kitchen. Great property with all amenities. Would be perfect with a basic cable package for TV, and faster WiFi would be a welcome addition. Management very responsive and helpful when contacted. Would love to return next year.

Florida Family Vacation

We were Very Happy with this VRBO our stay was amazing the house was very nice clean safe and comfortable Yes we would recommend this house for any family looking to enjoy family time together the kids stayed in the pool and yes there's a grill and we used it. We searched for the 15th bedroom but never found it there's only 14 bedrooms it didn't seem to matter the kids slept where they landed. We never had to contact the host because there was no need we had everything we needed. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Very spacious. Lots of room. Wasn't able to open the garage from the outside was slightly annoying. Very large kitchen and has the utensils needed. Only a limited amount of things like garbage bags considering they want you to take out the trash everyday. They did forget to take out the trash from the outside bin from the last guest. And some of the sliding doors were off their tracks.

Nice House With Some Issues

The house is huge with many beds and baths. Minimal decor except for a couple Disney rooms. Houses are very close together and our next door neighbors had a loud 5 hour pool party two nights in a row with kids literally screeching past 10:00. Security here is minimal with no enforcement by the HOA or Element Management. The responder to my calls said there is really not much they could do which is not acceptable. The kitchen and great room are large, comfortable and well stocked. Carpets are filthy and need to be replaced. Loved the layout. Beds are comfortable. Very convenient location and we enjoyed our stay.

Mildstone Celebration 2025

Celebration of Milestone Birthdays ages 75 thru 21st Billons of Memories made at Sandhill Estates by Element Homes.Beautiful 15 bedroom ,11 Bathroom house. More than enough space for 35 adults and 2 infants. Note The following : One main issue house needs to comply with basic ADA regulations we do have aged and disabled members who travel and must have these safety measures in place. The themed bedrooms were a hit for both youth & the young at heart. On another hand the bedding in the other rooms were entirety to low to the ground they were all platform beds not good.. Kitchen kinves were dule that two knives had to be purchased for cooking purposes. I suggest that a house of this size 6200 sq ft. have a aroma 360 therapy throughout the house.We are planning the next Milestone Memories Celebration for 2026 or 2027.
