Outstanding

We rented this beautiful home and was blown away with this house. It's a gorgeous, beautiful, clean and well furnished brand new home. It was so clean and it had everything we needed. Gorgeous home with so many rooms and lots of space with an amazing pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this one.

Renter Beware

This property is very run down, from the furniture to front door handle. Everything needs some updating which gives the property a not so clean feel. Also, when contacting the property management company, it was not easy to get our issues taken care of in a timely fashion.

Nice House

This is a very nice and spacious home. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean and is well maintained. It's well equipped to make meals. The outside patio is very nice. The screen really helps with the bugs at night. The pool was nice and warm and the family enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, this house was an A and we would book it again. My only critique - pool towels would be a plus. Also the ability to adjust the thermostat down past 74 would be nice. The house was warm and could have been a few degrees cooler.

Champions Refuge

While the house fit our needs very well it has several issues. The hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher are connected under the sink and constantly goes off necessitating climbing under the sink to reset it. We were there for 8 days and only had internet/cable services for the last two days. We had to reconnect the hose to the dryer as it was blowing hot air into the house and there was a large amount of lint on the floor under and behind it. The sliding glass door to the pool was very difficult to open and we had to put some lubricant on the rails which made it work much better. In summary, a very nice house but the owner needs to address these issues.
