Early Spring Fun

We had a fairly large crew and the accommodations were very nice and served the group well. Very nice interior, clean, and a good feeling to it. The one thing that is helpful to know is that the parking area is just big enough for one car. Any extras need to park on the street. Enjoy!

Convenient Location

The location to the Marriott World Convention Center and Disney Parks is accurately described. The amenities are not. The property was clean, but worn. The carpet is heavily stained. The doors on the refrigerator have several large dents. We attempted to have access to the hot tub, but didn’t submit our request in a timely way. The hot tub was half full and sprinkled heavily with debris. I would not rent this property again.

Great Space

This townhome fit our group perfectly. Two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and an additional full bath upstairs was great for number of people staying. Had basic kitchen wear and was able to cook and store meals. The themed rooms are cute and were enjoyed. Could not find laundry detergent and needed more toilet paper, diswasher pods and paper towels than provided for what seemed to be normal usage for number of guests. Found the 65 grill fee and 100 hot tub fee kind of steep. Parking was a problem with both sides of the street lined with cars making it diffcult to get in and out of the driveway or allow for uber pick up, or grocery delivery. The carpet is very stained throughout the home and the carpet outside the master bedroom by the air conditioner was wet on our arrival and continued to be damp throughout or stay (we did call management). Location was okay for airport and disney but even though it is 6 miles from convention center it took anywhere for 16 to 46 minutes to come and go depending on traffic.Overall the location met our needs but we will look for other options that better fit our needs/location if we are visiting for a convention center event in the future.

The place wasn’t clean, very smelling, the stove definitely needs a replacement, the backyard wasn’t clean at all, they left one garbage bag at the kitchen, Lots of ants on the kitchen counter, we were needed to leave the place and three days earlier.The place wasn’t ready to welcome any guestVery much not recommended

Great Location

The house was perfectly located for our trip. We needed to be at the ESPN Zone and it was an easy trip back & forth. Also, it's very close to Walmart, WAWA & other dining/shopping in the area. The house was very clean when we arrived. And instructions for leaving were clear. The house could use some touch-up on paint and maybe some instructions for the TV/Cable system. If you have multiple families/cars at the location, it could prove to be a little tight. The streets are VERY narrow. One thing to note All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We were hoping for a 1st floor master for our parents. The listing didn't specify at the time and the pictures don't give you a reference. We're from TX and fans are a way of life for sleeping and none of the bedrooms had fans. However, the AC works amazing! All in all, it was a comfortable stay.
