Good for the price - Responsive Host
I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me. Very quiet and peaceful.The only things I think can be improved are the cleanliness of the floors, a new knife set and a better supply of cleaning products in the kitchen (there was no dishwasher detergent). The second night after walking around barefoot all day inside the property I looked at my feet and they were black! I’d recommend the host invest in a swifter mop for both Upstairs and downstairs.As I always do and always have in VRBOs I bought a few items and left them for the next guests: salt and pepper, 2 champagne glasses and some nice Peet’s coffee for the Keurig.
