The property was wonderful... Laura, the owner, was quick to answer any questions we had and everything was fantastic in terms of her home. The resort area (pool and lazy river) was beautiful and well-maintained. My one small complaint is that they didn't have inner tubes available as part of the resort fee Those were an extra charge to rent, but we bought tubes at Wal-Mart and used them instead. We've never encountered that at a resort before, so it was a bit of a surprise. But besides that, we really enjoyed our time there and loved our home away from home for the week. I would highly recommend it!

The two screen porches were our favorite places to hang out. From watching the cars go by with our grandsons to having our morning coffee and talking to the two squirrels who came to visit every day, the porches gave us a place to gather and relax with our loved ones. Having two king beds in the unit was much appreciated. Then there’s the two pools and the lazy river. Wow! Just wow! Will definitely go back to Regal Palms.

Great Experience!

Perfect vacation for grandparents with teen grandchildren! Just enough to keep them busy. Pools were a hit! Light shopping, movie theater, Hungry Crab and other restaurants were close by. Great communication with hostess. Wonderful home! We'll be back.

Laura's property was great. Everything we needed was at hand. It was spotlessly clean. Nice Townhouse

Townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. Resort is kept very nice and staff is very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was the king bed was very firm, like to the point of hurting. The other beds were better. Close to Disney, but Universal and Seaworld were 40-60 minutes depending on traffic. Overall 5 stars!

The stay was amazing. The property owners kept in touch with me from the day that I booked with them until I left to make sure that I enjoy my stay. The house was immaculate clean. I do it every minute of it. The check-in was great. I felt secure with the guards. I'm at the front. They were very friendly. Everything was great and if I was to come back to Florida I almost definitely will love to stay at this residence because it was in a great location and the property owner was just amazing. Excellent stay!

Very happy with our stay at Laura’s Villa :-). The place was just as described and matched pictures. Pretty much had everything you needed; I bought the suggested supplies and worked out very nicely. Lots of room and space for our family :-) Laura was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive by text and phone when we had trouble with the WiFi. She had the problem resolved within 24hrs. I would most definitely stay here again!!!!!

Comfortable home .

This home suited our family needs. We had 2 couples each with its own suite. 2 children which had their own room. We were in town for a few days to visit the parks but we spent one day at the resort. The pool area has a bit of walking distance so we drove to it since we had little ones. The pool area was phenomenal. We had an awesome time at the lazy river, hot tub, water slide & play area. If you are looking for a quite place outside the parks(15 to 20minutes away) with the resort amenities and affordable , this will be the place for you. I was able to communicate with manager within minutes .

Great place to stay

The location is perfect to easily get to where we wanted to go. The house is clean. I just wish the thermostat can be lower to 70 because it is in the Summer and it was hot. I have Asthma and the temperature in the house is too hot for me on very hot days. A footstool will be helpful for short people like me. And to have cleaning supplies such as toilet bowl brush, cleanser, etc. to clean with would be helpful to use. Otherwise, we would love to rent the house again. Thank you!

Clean, quiet and convenient!

We loved our stay at this 4 bedroom Condo. The owner (Laura) is very helpful and always replies right away. We had 7 people in our group and everyone was very comfortable. There was enough sleeping space for all and plenty of bathrooms. The Unit is very clean and quiet! I slept like a baby every night. For the rental price, it's so worth every penny! We really enjoyed the amenities and space over a hotel room. Shopping is right down the street for your needs and plenty of choices for dining. It's close to WDW and other parks. The young adults enjoyed the pool in the evenings and Laura provided pool floats and noodles. We used the washer and dryer often and that was a huge help! We definitely would rent from Laura again! Thank you!

Disney getaway

The price that we paid for this property, was a great deal. We enjoyed it very much. A few things to mention that I have found in other rental units that were not here, but they don't necessarily need to be there. Salt, pepper, oil... just basic things for cooking. I understand that they don't want to get ants, but it kinda stinks when you are on vacation and want to make breakfast and have to go to the store to buy oil/ butter.... Then they don't want you to leave it there... so you have to throw it out because you can't take it with you. Just a heads up to people that are going to stay there, don't expect anything in the kitchen other than dishware, pots and pans. Other than that, it was perfect. Like I said, this isn't something that would keep us from staying here again. I didn't go back and look at the listing to see if it said those things wouldn't be there or not either, it very well may have mentioned it.
