Great Vacation Rental

I had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! The owner was extremely responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. One thing to note for future guests is that there are quite a few stairs between the first and second floors, as the ceilings are quite tall. However, the primary bedroom and a walk-in shower are conveniently located on the first floor, which was ideal since I was traveling with someone with limited mobility. The plunge pool was enjoyable as well!

Everything was right about the property. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was its cleanliness both on the inside and outside. It could definitely stand a good cleaning, overall. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either, hence my average rating. What was great was the communication with the property owner and the Ashwood facilities (gym and pool). The property owner Craig was very accomodating. He allowed us to check-in a little early and he answered every question quickly.

Orlando Vacy

This was a perfect getaway for our family! The house was well suited for all our needs and met all expectations of cleanliness. The pool was well maintained as well. The addition of having passes over to the resort amenities was a great part of the stay. They offer a large size pool along with a kiddie area for children enclosed in its own area. The amenities also include putt putt golf, gym, arcade, and beach volleyball. Only bummer was at the time of our visit, the ice cream parlor and restaurant section was under construction and closed. Hopefully it'll be ready when we plan our next trip to this this rental. The management was super helpful for our stay and was quick to respond for any questions we had about the place. Definitely recommend!!!
