Wonderful for families

Very clean, nicely decorated, lots of space and close enough to pool to not have to drive there. Grocery store and fast food options are very close by. Owner is quick to reply to any questions. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful property and great decor

Communication was great with the owner as my check in was actually at time specified. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for. It was nice to have access to the resort and pool, bar, pool table. Close proximity to all the attractions!

This home is wonderful. It is clean, updated, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. The owner is easy to get ahold of and very nice to deal with as well. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning unit and she sent someone to fix it right away. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommended this property.

Our 3rd time staying at Regal Palms. This unit was by far the nicest. Very clean and well appointed. Short walk to the pool area was a bonus. I highly recommend.

Disney Adventures

We loved our week at this vacation home! Spacious, quiet, clean, and just 20 minutes from Disney/Universal parks. The pool, lazy river, slide, and hot tub were great! The onsite restaurant was delicious, and Kelly was quick to respond, kind, and helpful. We will be back!

Great Place, Great Host, Highly Recommend

The place worked out really well for us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever seen and we have stayed at quite a few places. We had a maintenance issue on the first day late at night, and the host immediately responded and had someone over within hours to address the issue (a minor HVAC issue that could not have been known ahead of time or avoided). The issue was fully repaired early the next day and was as minimal a disruption to us as it possibly could have been. All of our other more minor questions and requests were also handled promptly.

Fantastic

The home was clean and comfortable. It was plenty of space for our family. Grandparents could stay in their own master suite on the first floor. The rest of the family had plenty of space on the second floor. Our bed was very comfortable. The pool, lazy river and arcade were great to hang out in while we were not out and about. Location worked well for us. There is a grocery store, an Irish pub that offered fish and chip take out, and a delicious Chinese food restaurant all within walking distance. The kitchen has many appliances so if you want to cook at home you can easily do so. I would definitely stay here again!

Very roomy townhome at resort

The townhome was wonderful. Exactly as described in the listing, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. They even have some pool floats/toys and beach towels. Love that Publix was right down the street for when we forgot something, made it easy. The resort was nice, really enjoyed the lazy river. You can drive to the pool and lazy river if needed but it's only a 5 minute walk. Nice having a restaurant on site but dont trust they will be open until 9pm like they said bc that wasn't always true but food was good. Very family atmosphere and guests were all nice and respectful.

Water Fun

Kelly the owner is great! She went over and above board to make sure we had everything we needed. My 5-yr old niece absolutely loved the lazy river, pool, slide, & arcade games located within walking distance (although you can drive your car there, too) on the resort’s property. She also loved the Mickey Mouse bunk bed located in one of the rooms. There is a Master bedroom suite located on the first floor if you have trouble with stairs (along with a 1/2 bath), and there are an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. All have tubs (helpful if you have young kids who like taking baths, not showers). I highly recommend this place!

Family vacation (6 adults/2 children (5&9yrs) for 3 nights

Location was perfect for what we planned to do in the area and an easy walk to the pool and lazy river. Townhouse was very clean with plenty of room for the family. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience. One small issue we have is the fact the unit is considered a "Self Catering Unit", which would work well for long term stays and for people driving there, however, for short term stays (we were 3 nights), we had to purchase our own additional toilet paper, coffee filters, dish soap and or dishwasher detergent and then have to leave them all behind or lug them with you home on the plane. Some consideration to supply these items for short term stays would be suggested. Thank you

Our host Kelly was super communicative and helpful each step of the way. She responded super quick and had tons of extra amenities in the unit that were great to have. If you’re cooking meals you’ll have all that you’d need. The layout is great and close to main gate.

The resort has many activities to offer and the rental itself was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and sweet extra touches, such as a highchair and toys. There were a few small cleaning issues (dirty dises in cabinets, hair in showers, and very cloudy, murky water in resort amenities), but overall, we felt that the cost of the stay was well worth the amazing opportunity to stay together in one location! The owner was very responsive to us when we experienced a major problem with the door lock, and was quite gracious in spite of our continuing need for her assistance with the issue.

Great time

We stayed here this past March break. House was cozy and clean and had all the amenities we could think of and more. Complex with pools etc was amazing for both adults and kids, with shopping and restaurants close by. This was important to us in between our long days at Disney which was close by as well. Kelly was very helpful and responds quickly to questions. Will 100 % come back.
