The Palm Tree Castle is a luxury 7 BR/6 bath single family house located in prestigious Emerald Island Resort with staffed clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, excise, game rooms. The resort is about 3 miles to Disney and located in the center of Rt 192 district with easy access to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, golf courses, etc.
The spacious house can accommodate 18 people comfortably, including first floor King Master Suite, additional two King Master Suites, and two Queen Suites with Jack and Jill baths connected to girl room (twin) and boy room (bunker), respectively. Additional queen size sofa sleepers in living and family rooms as well as two folding beds can be used as needed.

The villa is sit around a large open space with open back yard view. The pool area is built with covered lanai with plenty of pool furniture, gas grill and outdoor shower so that you and your group can enjoy the pleasant pool side party.

The family room has a ceiling fan and a big flat screen TV, and each room is equipped with ceiling fan, TV. The high-speed internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa.

The game room is equipped with air conditioning so that your group can enjoy the game time any time you want. There are cable TV, full size slate pool table, and air hockey in the game room.

The villa is with fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. Extra linen, blankets, and towels are stored in the walk-in closets for your use.

Rental Policy

1. $ 300 deposit is required at the reservation.
2. Check in/Checkout: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out at 10am.
3. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of booking cost is due at no later than 60 days before your arrival date. If booking within sixty days of arrival, a full payment is needed after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or other costs incurred, and it will be refunded approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property manager.
5. The renter is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the renter. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to the misuse of the renter will be charged to the renter.
