DISGUSTING! Never been cleaned. Previous occupant food left on floor. The floor is so dirty it has mold all around, especially in restroom. DO NOT bring your family here to stay. Smells terrible. I don’t think a house keeper works here.

This is not a hotel, it’s more like a Housing Project, people seem to be living there like they own the place. Also like the other reviews say, I had roaches in my room, long hair on the bed and bathtub. Pest control and housekeeping need major improvements. The room next to me and upstairs had their TV’s with loud volume at 2:30 am it’s ridiculous and no one at the front desk, you have to call an extension number and get to many automated messages trying to reach someone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, crowds in the parking lot after midnight.

This place is literally crawling with roaches!!! They are everywhere! Dead and alive. On every surface, coming up from the drains, behind the fridge, the hallway. The hallway stunk so bad it made me nauseous. The elevator even worse. The air did not work, but of course by the time I checked in and found all this out, the front desk was closed for the night. Booked for 2 nights, but not staying. Its a shame. I've stayed in many extended stays and never had this experience!

Don’t do it
I thought I could handle a cheap hotel for 8 hours waiting on a cruise. There want anyone available to check us in. The smell of the 3rd floor was absolutely horrible. I didn’t sleep all night it was so disgusting. I couldn’t wait to get out. The worst I’ve stayed in. I will check reviews for all my last minute bookings. Never again.

roaches in room hair on shower curtain, dirty floor. red stains on sheet. dismissive staff, no cooking or eating ware, selling cooking and plates and silverware, (but they had them for sale, do they think people on vacation bring that stuff with them. I could see them having them at the front desk and having you pay a deposit. the roaches were out of site until the evening when I turned on the lights roaches on the walls counter and in the bathroom. I went to take a shower, clumps of hair in tub and shower curtain. later that night about 1:30 am I woken up by by a roach crawling up my nose. I sat up the rest of the night night not wanting that experiance. I decided I was not going to to stay another night I checked out early. I told the person at front desk. did not show any concern nor offered any apology for my ordeal, or offered to discount me for the secound day. and acted as if this was a normal thing. even though I lost the money for my secound day, and since I did not get to sleep all my plans for that day was ruined since I was exhausted and had a 4 hour drive back home actually took six since I had to go to rest stop to sleep for a couple of hours. to continue my trip horrible

Went to check in at 1am. No clerk on duty. Had to call a number that was provided and it took about 30 minutes for somebody to come to the hotel to get us our room. Wasn’t able to get a room key. Stay away from this hotel. This is a horrible place to stay with a family with younger kids. We pay $505 for 3 nights. I don’t know where I should begin. Lots of cockroaches( we had to kill them and swept the floor) floor super dirty, bed with dog hair, kitchen without cookware, furniture falling apart, TV didn’t worked, no coffee machine, walls full of grease( kitchenette), no one takes your trash out. No enough towels for people in the room. No one lobby most of the time, horrible smell lobby( weed). Weird people walking around building during night hours. Advice to stay other hotels is plenty in the area of Orlando.
