Nestled in the center of Florida wetlands and preserves, this beautiful villa has recently been updated. Whether you're in the parks all day or want to hang out by the pool, you will find what you're looking for here. Relaxing yet close to everything, parks, shopping, restaurants. Easy access to the interstates and parkways. Eat out at one of the close restaurants or grill out on the patio. If golfing is your thing, this is you are in the right place. There are two sets of clubs provided!

Perfect property and great hosts

We had a great stay at this house. It had absolutely everything we needed and we were looked after very well by the owners and the property management team. The pool area, kitchen and garage/play den were all fully equipped with everything we needed plus a few very nice extras. Our host Lindsay was very accommodating with our requests. The location was conveniently close to the SeaWorld and Disney parks, as well as local shops and a great new Sushi restaurant located at the nearest main crossroads. Will definitely stay there again if the property is available next time we visit the area. Highly recommended.

Very cozy

The kitchen is well equipped, the modern decor and furnishings made for a very comfortable stay. Felt very safe in the gated community. The host was fantastic, responded immediately whenever we reached out! Stayed five weeks and would not hesitate to book this property again!
