• Lot parking for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Commercial/recreational vehicles including boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• In case of hurricanes, inclimate weather, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and just 16 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.
