Had a great stay at the house. Extremely roomy and enjoyed the pool. Safe and quiet location. Close to stores, restaurants and parks.

Let me start by saying that the location of the house was very convenient to stores and parks. The house was very clean and roomy, neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great house with a pool

We loved staying at this house. There were a couple of troubles with loss of power in the kitchen, broken kettle, bad pool table and AC that turned off even though windows and doors were closed… The things we reported were fixed the day after, so that was a plus. But all in all this was a great house! Great location! And great service! We`ll be back!

Our trip

Overall the Villa was ok a bit dated and really not fitted out for 11 people, I:e not enough outside eating equipment or seating outside and inside. Also the parking is a joke, referring to the HOA rules about overhanging onto the street we struggled to park the car we had but a 12 seater van would not be able to park within this area. As always Jennifer from Welcome homes sorted out our problems with her usual efficient manner.
