Upstairs you will find 3 other bedrooms. The queen ensuite has its own bathroom with shower and TV. There is another Queen room with a twin bed and TV and the last bedroom recently themed How to Train your Dragon with LED lights has 2 Twin beds and TV. Back downstairs you will find the highlight of this beautiful home, your own private pool! The pool area offers privacy on both sides in additional to a natural barrier of bushes at the back. Relax in the Florida sun on the lounge chairs or have a nice meal outdoors on the patio table. The garage has also been converted into a games room with a pool table that can be converted to table tennis. Unfortunately this home will not accommodate larger vehicles, commercial or passenger vans. Max of 2 cars allowed. Please ask before reserving if you have any questions about this.

Ideally located on the US-27, just one mile south of the US-192 and only a 10 minute drive from the I-4 which provides easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes. The home is minutes from banks, shops, diners, bars and restaurants. Walt Disney World Resort can be reached in just 20 minutes and other attractions such as Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive can be reached in under 35 minutes. Onsite community facilities at Tuscan Hills include a fabulous 2700 sq. ft. Mediterranean style clubhouse with a splendid social area, gym/fitness room, games room, Wi-fi internet access, tennis court, sand volleyball court, palm garden and a community play area.
