There is complimentary HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Starz, and Disney+. Enjoy the best view on site of the sunset or sunrise from the patio, bedroom, or living room over Shingle Creek Lake. We’re conveniently located only 7 miles from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Also enjoy the on-site amenities!

Enjoy both a 55in Smart TV in the living room area while you cuddle up for a movie night on the sofa as well as a 46in Smart TV in the bedroom. Both rooms have complimentary HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Starz, and Disney+. Make sure you bring your favorite K-Cups for our complimentary Keurig to serve your favorite tea or coffee. Lastly, but certainly not least, what sets this unit apart from the others is the breathtaking view. I would leave less then one star if I could. Place was NOT cleaned at all. Floors very dirty but worst part was the thermostat was controlled by the host. We literally froze the first night, we could see our breath. There was a cold snap happening. We Requested the temp be adjusted and it was not adjusted in a timely manner at all. We had to use space heaters to warm up, the memory foam bed was so cold it was hard. The next day, after no sleep, the AC was on for no reason then the heat was blasted at midnight. Another night of no sleep. We ended up having to get a hotel room. I ended up ill from the exhaustion and temperature swings. Host was NOT cooperative at all with the thermostat. Furthermore she would not reply to my messsges that we cannot deal with her haphazardly changing temps from one extreme to the other. I notified her we left her property and to acknowledge we left and she would not reply. I am communicating with VRBO for refund on unused days.

The property was beautiful and so quiet. It was an easy access to US 192 which was important for us. The space, however, was not what we expected. The flooring in the living and kitchen was so uneven due to the I Beams, meaning the floor was shifting downward. The space was not clean, we cleaned it ourself and when we pulled the bed back, there were hairs and debris on the sheets. This could have just been as isolated case, but nonetheless, this was our experience. The kitchen was amazingly stocked for all of our meals and having a full size refrigerator and a washer and dryer was just a blessing. Unfortunately we would not stay again.

Perfect stay

Very clean with everything you need. Easy access to the property. Close to groceries, shopping and short drive to reasonable golf. Used the pool, tennis court and walking trials that were near by. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient but a few niggles that need improvement

Generally OK with some key issues which negatively impacted our impression and overall stay. 1. the property does need a thorough clean & vacuum. With many cobwebs on ceiling & walls and previous occupants hair in each room on the floors, in bed linen & on kitchen tops. Coffee machine hadn't been emptied. No dishwasher tablets supplied (not sure if they should be?) so we did have to handwash - not a problem for just 2 of us but the kitchen isnt set up for it Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. Great modern, new kitchen appliances and good little self catering and dining space. 2. Salt & pepper mills were empty. No cooking oil supplied (although property description says its included). 3. Host was exceptionally responsive and helpful 4.Air con is very noisy but we just had it switched off courtesy of the host who was responsive to our request 5. The 1 issue that did impact our stay massively was the noisy neighbour above. Endless noise that went on into the very early hours most nights we stayed. I ended up wearing ear plugs! 6. Nice, well looked after estate, felt safe and secure. 7. We used the communal pool which is a lovely area. 8. Modern bathroom and good shower 9. Good TV's and usage of Netflix, Prime etc

Nice place, but small.

Smaller than we thought. There was a nice complimentary supply of kitchen/bath items. Would have been good to know it's on the 2nd floor of a walk up. We were alright but not everyone would be. View was nice. Bed was comfortable, sofa was uncomfortable, floors are very uneven. Long walk to get any grocery supplies. Overall, it was nice, not great, but not too expensive.

Cute place, but!

Cute studio apartment, has everything you need for a great stay. Close to different attractions, BUT I wish it would have been located in a different area of Kissimmee. Neighbors in apartments around this place are very noisy.

Loved it

My stay was great. Loved the security of the place. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. Lots of place to go near by. Over all we have a great time and the bed was very comfy. Coaches were decent a little stiff but bearable. Would definitely come back, and plan on doing so as well
