Great Location, great space. Loved the pool

The location is about 30 min from all the parks, Disney, Universal, and Legoland. Main floor was a great layout with a master bedroom. Upstairs had 4 bedrooms, one is a master, 2 bedrooms have a jack and Jill bathroom with a living room in between them and the last bedroom which has a bathroom next door. Great spaces for larger families. Carpet and a few other face-lift needed but overall good

Nice house but dirty

The house was beautiful, the furniture needs to be up graded, it holes in the furniture, there was trash under the sofa and cushions, the bathroom was not very clean, the microwave had melted cheese in it. When renting an home you just expect for it to be clean. The house was nice but the uncleanliness outweighs the beauty of the home.

Awesome Property

This property was super awesome. The pool was huge, loved the jacuzzi when it worked, as well as the heated pool when it worked. The only issue I have is that I paid for 5 days of heated pool and it only worked after our second day there. Contacted management through email and phone calls and still no one came out. After the second day we gave up as the pool heat had started working. However, that was two days of paid for that I didn't get to use. Other than that everything was perfect. Use the Resort at the back, it is AWESOME, but....do not use the flowrider if you expect to get your money worth, cause you won't.

So so

The neighborhood and house are nice. When we arrived everything looked good. We did have a couple issues. The sink in one of the bathroom fell out of the vanity. We called but no one came to fix it the whole time. This left us short a bathroom. The house is very spacious ! Plenty of room for everyone. The other down side was several neighbors renting were blaring music 15 hours a day. Soo loud. Kids could not sleep. Called and complained but nothing was done. House was great. Checkin was great. Neighbors not great. Maintenance not helpful. I do understand they can’t completely control neighbors.

Great Property

We stayed here for a week with 6 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the pool, having their own space upstairs, basketball goal in the garage and we loved all of the room that the house had! The only negatives we had were towels were very limited (1 per person) and the first few nights the neighbors were very loud. The houses are very close together so when neighbors stay up late partying you will hear everything! The property manager was great to work with though! Always very responsive to all of our questions and even provided us with a larger coffee pot for all of the adults in our family. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property.

Great Value and Very Nice Overall

We stayed at this house for six nights while visiting the Disney parks. It's about a 25 minute drive to each of the parks depending on traffic. That wasn't too bad. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as multiple grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive. Overall we were very happy with the stay. The neighborhood had a little bit of a party vibe to it, as there were a few nights where someone nearby had loud music playing from the backyard. It didn't last too late into the night, so it didn't really affect us that much. Here are some pros/cons. Pros: - Lots of space - Good layout and flow of rooms - Living area both upstairs and down - Pool and patio nice with good seating - TVs are all new and in good working order - A/C worked well - Beds were all comfortable Cons: - Stingy with towels. Only one per person given and no washcloths or pool towels. - No bathmats for the tile floor in the bathrooms. This made it pretty slick and easy to slip and fall getting out of the showers. - Walls have scuff marks and need a fresh coat of paint.
