Great villa for the parks

Thank you Laura for a great villa for our Florida holiday. Perfect location that we often visit to do the Disney and SeaWorld parks. The house was big and bright and clean! The pool is super private and there are nice touches of decor and art around the place to make it feel fun and homely. Would have preferred a keypad entry rather than the key lock process, but it was no problem at all, just a personal preference. Never needed to contact Laura for anything, so the place was obviously well kitted out for our family of 5. Big thanks and will definitely look to book again.

Nice Stay

The property over all is great and is at a great location for Orlando attractions. It was also only a 50 min. drive to visit and spend time with our friends. Laura was a great host and responded quickly to a minor issue we had with the pool. Only negatives are the inability to control the air conditioning cool /heat temp ( we had some mid 80's temps during our stay) and the cook pots, fry pans, and cook utensils were under supplied. Only 3 small cook pots and one small fry pan, no working can opener and no spatula. This seems minor but, cooking for a family forced us to buy the missing pots, pans, and etc.

Great base camp for our Orlando vacation

We've been vacationing in the Disney area for 15 years and this was our first time in the northern Davenport area. The location is excellent as it's close to all amenities. The home had a perfect layout for our family, with the kids' rooms on one side of the house and the primary bedroom on the other. It was also really nice having direct access to a washroom (primary ensuite) off the pool area. We also took full advantage of the patio set in the lanai area for outdoor meals. The backyard is completely private from neighbours which was also a nice bonus. Laura, the property manager was amazing to deal with both during the booking process and during our stay. There was an issue with the washing machine and she was extremely prompt at arranging to have a technician service the unit. The home has been well loved and does show some signs of wear. However, everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The home also had everything we needed for our stay including the all important Keurig machine for early mornings heading to the theme parks. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and really enjoyed ourselves at the property. Thank you Laura for a great experience.
