I specifically booked a king room for $116, plus service fee and tax, which should have been $131. Instead I was charged a total of $161 and was given a handicapped room/shower. I will try to dispute my rate in the morning at check out.

The room I thought was clean until I found a couple cockroaches near the coffee pot and in the bathroom..... I had booked the hotel with intentions to use the hot tub, but it was out of order during my five day stay. I was also shocked that we had to pay for parking. That was not noted when I booked with Expedia. Additional costs that I was not expecting.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation but be warned that we had to pay $20+ a night parking; we’d stopped at the Marriott and only paid $5!!

The property was good. Lobby was nice. Front desk was a little out of order. I think it should have been more organized. The staff were very nice and helpful. Now, parking was absolutely ridiculous!!! $30 per night and barely any parking left. If your guests are paying for a ridiculous amount of money per night, parking shouldn’t be that expensive. It’s literally highway robbery. I hope you consider parking for your future guests.

The carpets in the rooms need to be removed and replaced. The room smelled musty and dirty 1000 percent due to the carpet. The AC unit in room is loud and did not do a great job cooling the room. The room was about as clean as I would expect but still there was just some weird smells lingering. Would not recommend staying here and I won’t be in the future.

When calling to service desk no one answered I let it ring for over 3 min. None of the ice machines worked, you had to go to the bar to get ice if someone was there. Went asked for one more towel- there was none. Had to pay for parking Sad place this is a Hilton hotel - was just sad

Room door was open when we arrived at 1 am and tub faucet was laying on counter. Gave us a new room and when we got there it was door open again. Gave someone else’s room away (lucky I called for late check in).

We checked in a hour early and took a different room, We didn't have the 55' TV not did we have a free hot breakfast. We were told we would have to pay for it. Parking was terrible hardly any spots available but at the very back of the building. We bought snacks from the little store by front desk and for a tea we were charged $8.00. Our room view was good but the ice machine didn't work on our floor, and the cabinet for our fridge was broken. Our phone in our room was even broke. We extended our stay a extra night and had a hard time booking it and was told to go back threw Expedia which we ended up paying more. Overall, we would never consider this hotel again.

Appeared clean and it was quiet, always place to park. There was a baby snake inside building before customer service desk, but employee was notified. There was a small lizard in dinning area. Toilet made a loud noise everytime it was flushed but it worked.

When we arrived at 4:45pm our room was not ready. We came back got the keys to our room and we immediately noticed that the carpet was damped and the bedding was not clean. We called down to the front desk and was told maintenance would come, they did not. The front office manager sent a message asking about our stay and informed him of the issues. He asked if we’d like to change rooms and we did. While the new room was clean, the shower water trickled down. There was more water pressure in the sink than the shower! I wrote front desk manager and received no response. My Fiancé and i felt unclean. What was supposed to be a getaway felt like a joke. This was THE worst Hilton Garden Inn ive ever stayed at. Never again

Had an issue with the AC luckily they came and fixed it. The water barely got hot and almost $27 a night was kind of ridiculous for parking

The issues first started at check in. The staff was extremely rude and unwilling to have any type of conversation with me, mostly, I believe, because I did not speak Spanish. The lobby was very clean and well maintained, however the elevator smelled of smoke and bad perfume, giving my family and I an instant headache. Not to mention that the elevator testing certification was expired since 8/1/2023. The bathroom in our room had cracks in the sink and I woke up this morning to bites on my left arm and thigh from what I can only imagine are bed bugs. I have been asleep all day due to taking a Benedryl for the bites and inflamation. I used to stay at this property a lot ten years ago. After this trip, I will never stay here again.

this was the perfect hotel to stay at for our universal trip. It was a 15 minute drive to the parks. We saved a ton of money by staying off property. The staff was very accommodating. And the breakfast options were delicious. I’ve never seen pancakes so fluffy before!
