First thing we experienced was no shuttle from the airport. They say they have a shuttle but when we called was first hard to get a hold of. We had to call 3 times to see when someone was coming to pick us up. Each time they said 20 min. After 1:15 minutes we ended up finding a cab to take us. Check in once we got there was good. Room we had smelled a bit funny. When asked the maid if there was any air freshener she said no. Pool was nice and was heated. Here in March and was a bit cooler day so great for the kids. Nice food area and bar area. Would I come back. Probably not. Lots of options in the area and this place was very expensive at over &400 for what you get.

Great place to stay after a long journey.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Food at the bar was really good and Server did an excellent job tending to our needs as we were coming in from a 20+ hours of flights and airports. Breakfast in the morning was first rate and the staff was very attentive. Will definitely return again on our next time around.
