Good stay with goid room and breakfast, only down side that i was sleeping and had multiple knocks on my door by a non-english-speaking maintenance worker who when i got up and clothed and opened the door pointed at the wall outside my door and said a few things in Spanish that i couldnt decipher. Breakfast menu could be fresher, maybe some scramble eggs and cut fruit. Sausage everyday but no bacon till Sunday, would love to seem cute pineapple, melon, grapes the yogurt was nice as was the juice, but not everyone eats bread or waffles. Also we never had our room cleaned or towels refreshed over a three night stay, would of been nice to have fresh towels, but we did put up our do no disturb one afternoon due to a nap so could be our fault too. Also sad that the pool no longer has a spa, the signs got my hopes up for a hot tub. Loved the security of the elevator, valet parking lot was crazy busy. Very walkable, decent price. More towels on the pool deck thou, they always seemed to disappear and has to bring from my room.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk was helpful with requests and check in was seamless. The best service of the whole experience was the valet people. Kind, respectful, quick and friendly. Overall, highly recommended this location for anyone wanting to stay downtown!

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had with a hotel, around 2am I went out to get beverages from the convenience stores when I arrived back to the hotel and tried to get into my room my access card stopped working, when I asked for a new card I was given one then I went to try it and it didn’t work, so I had no access to my room for about 2-3 hrs reminder this is late a night they sent a technician to find a solution to open the door he tried everything even a computer, so for the time being I asked to be put into another room after going back and forth with the manager we finally were put into a room then in 2 hrs they called us from the other room to say that they opened the door so I arrive back to my original room but when we arrived the technician said he opened the door then closed it again and it wouldn’t open once we arrived which I found odd now it’s around 8am and we we’re sent back to the other room. Around 9pm-10pm I get a call from front desk saying that it’s an emergency and I have to head to my room just to find 3 managers cornering me and saying that this problem is my fault and I have to pay for both rooms later on once the manager heard what happened he called the technician and he gave a completely different story and the managers said either you pay or we will call the police on you, which I believe to be highly unnecessary since the fact that this was a tech issue and not a guest issue. I was forced to check out 10am but my check out was 11am

I went down to the front desk to ask for creamer at around 11am and was told they would bring it to my room. At around 12:30 I called the front desk and was told they were bringing it to my room. They finally brought the creamer to my room at 3:30pm. Staff was a bit rude. I've stayed at other Home 2 suites and have never experienced such poor customer service
