We arrived around 3:30 in the morning. I entered the code and when we walked in, we immediately noticed personal belongings on the ground and in the first bathroom. We stepped outside and immediately contacted the host, but was unable to reach anyone. I followed up with the company and let a rep know that someone was inside. They contacted and were able to reach the host who informed us that “we” were let in hours ago. It clarified that the property manager allowed someone in the house, even though they had trouble with the code. No ID was verified, and they were let in and given the property key. The property manager suggested that we sleep in the pool area until the morning, so as not to disturb the unknown guest in the home. When I noted that that option was not appropriate or safe, the property manager suggested that we sleep elsewhere until 9 AM when we could resolve the issue. None of those options worked for myself or the seven other members of my family who had just driven 12 hours to our destination. My husband and I went in and woke up the guests. They shared their confirmation and it was determined that they were at the wrong address. Long story short, we handled it, they went to their property. It was about 5 am and we had to change sheets and tidy the home-they were groceries, trash and cigarettes. The remainder of the stay was fine. The property is very nice, spacious and updated. The pool is cold (pay the extra) and inflatables are flat and dirty. A bit dusty.

Overall it was a nice place! A few non-crucial suggestions for improvement: more bath towels & hand towels overall. Bath mats for the master bathroom. Upstairs master bath did smell like cigarette smoke but cleared after a day. Couches need to be bigger with more comfy pillows. Bed pillows were pretty terrible (get Casper). The kitchen and dining area are spacious and comfortable. Nice blankets in the bedrooms. Very clean throughout the house.

The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed! Hot showers and cold AC! The Wifi was fast, every bedroom had a television and there was a large television in the living room. This was great for our four teenage/young adult sons! The pool and lazy river was great. The host was very nice and communicated well and quickly. Great location, it's close to shopping, dining and major attractions. We visited Disney, Universal, International Drive and Outlet malls. The master bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. The living room and dining room furniture was nice and comfortable for movie and game nights and meals. Plenty of room for large groups/families. Great experience! We would definitely stay here again!!

Rental was not adequately prepared to have renters present as master bedroom bedframe was broken, causing significant sagging in the middle of the mattress to sleep in during the first night. The downstairs bedroom with one double and one twin had a TV that had no power to it and could not be figured out why no power was being supplied. all remote control batteries with the exception of the downstairs living room had to be replaced by myself the renter in order for any of the TVs to function properly during our stay. These are all things that should’ve been taken care of prior to the rental. Manager did advise after check-in of the master bedroom bed issue and was very friendly and advised someone would be out the following day to make the repair. Repairs were made the second day, however all bedrooms needed to be used from day one. we have stayed in this community several times over the last several years and have always been happy with the community.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and easy to book, good location to all the places we had to go. Universal, Disney, and even the beach. We loved the house and even had extra beds unused with a family of 10. Pool and grill were perfect for days we didn’t leave and the clubhouse pool was amazing. My family enjoyed it and will be coming back.

The property is nice. Looks like the pictures. Also, big and adequate space for our family of 13. Only thing, which is very petty, The host didn't respond to my question a about things on the countertop. Wasn't sure if it was complimentary or not. So we didnt touch them. (Sodas, water, etc. I dont like assuming)

Everything about our stay was amazing, however the one thing I wish they provided was washcloths and hand towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise a perfect place to stay!
