The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art is just three blocks away and the Scenic Boat Tour offers a boat tour through the canals to three of the five lakes on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes. The Winter Park Country Club nine hole golf course is just a few blocks away and open to the public.
The property is professionally managed in a "mom and pop" fashion. Your privacy is respected and protected. The amenities are very nice with a lovely pool area that has a massive bouganvillea trellis hedge running atop a wall. The pool area also offers outside dining, a grill station for cooking outside and a hot tub. The pool is heated in winter. Everything is kept very clean. There are seven bikes, including one child's bike and two other relatively small ones available for guests in the fourteen unit complex.
