Highly recommend!
We had 3 adults, 1 teenager and a 3 year old. This was very spacious and plenty of room for us all. Having tvs in all the bedrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. This was one of many places weve stayed and was by far the cleanest we've ever had. Loved the safety of gated community and was close to all the major activities. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Incredible Property
We loved this property! My mom and I went on a mother/daughter vacation and rented this property. The owner Joy was amazing. She checks in to make sure everything is going great and provides incredible details of the property and expectations. Having a pool and spa right at the home was amazing. The gated neighborhood is beautiful and centrally located. A grocery store is right down the road if you would like to utilize the kitchen. Disney is a little over 30 minute drive and Clearwater Beach about an hour and a half. The property is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will absolutely rent this property in the future. Thank you Joy! Amanda

Good Choice for families....
Pros: This property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was also quiet. The house is spacious, has a good layout & had everything we needed in the kitchen. We used three of the four bedrooms and everyone thought their bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and spa very much. The location was great for us with regard to Disney and MCO airport. We also found plenty of stores nearby to get anything we needed. Cons: We realize a lot of people have surveillance cameras these days, but wish it would have been disclosed in the listing. Perhaps it was and I missed it. It probably wouldn't have been a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know ahead of time just for the sake of full disclosure. Bonus: As animal lovers, we thought the Sandhill Cranes that hangout in the neighborhood and fly over were awesome! Overall, this is a really nice home/location.

Home had great layout and room. Mastresses could have been more comfortable and could have used more small plastic glasses and plates for younger children. Pool and hotvtub were nice but pool never really heated upcwarm enough to swim in it so kids swam in hot tub! Game room in the garage was a super big hit!! Best part of the house for our family!

4 day getaway
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. The owner was excellent with their communication and the house was exactly what we saw online. Only downfall was the heater for the spa turned off around 7:30 pm. We will 1000% stay here again if opportunity presents.

Thanks for your good review, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. As per the spa, the timer is manually done by you, the guest as instructed. I also noted how to use it on the email I sent out. The spa is available to be used up to 10pm. Apologies, it may have been a misunderstanding.

The size of the house was good for our family. The owners were available whenever I texted with questions. The Game room was great, however the beds were too soft for my liking, tvs in bedroom would randomly stop working and they didn’t supply enough of anything - 2 toilet tissue rolls and only 1 paper towel, no shampoo or soap. I’ve stayed in several rental homes and they would have stock of some items. Be aware there’s extra fees on the spa jets as well as heating the pool/spa. Overall nice house but I will not stay here again.

Hi, please know that the concerns you noted here were all addressed several days prior to your arrival. All access codes and information regarding pool heat and supplies were given to you via email. As highlighted on this email, our home is self-catering and is not a hotel. We did provide supplies that you can use for a few days and most guests go shopping for their additional needs. I believe as a host, I have provided you with all information prior to your arrival as evidenced by the email you received days before and even on the day of, that same email was also forwarded to you. In addition, all information that concerned you were all highlighted on our property listing.

Amazing property and vacation location
We stayed at this property for two weeks and enjoyed a fabulous vacation. The property is exactly as advertised, very spacious, modern and in a great location. Joy the property manager was fantastic and very easy to deal with.. Joy was quick to answer queries and provided all the information needed to make the stay as good as possible. The location, just of Champions Gate provides easy access to a number of amenities and is a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again in the future.

House was great had a few issues that were dealt with quickly and politely. Wish i would have known about all of the rules before booking especially the ones about cooking. We were planning on cooking most of the time but ended up getting takeout everyday spending over a hundred each meal that was not in my budget because of the cooking restrictions. But overall a great stay.

Clean House and a Great Pool!
I can't say enough about how clean the house (and pool) was! Bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen, all extremely clean. Even the kitchen utensils were organized and lined up in the drawer! The house was well furnished with plenty of space for a large family. The combined living room, dining room, and kitchen were the absolute best! 5 people could easily move around in the kitchen at the same time with space to spare. The house sat 8 at the dining room table, 5 + at the glass kitchen table, and 4 more on stools at the bar height kitchen counter. If the kids needed some "kid space" they could use the game room in the garage. Lastly, with 3 bathrooms, we never had a waiting-to-get-ready issue. Pool and spa were just right for cooling off and relaxing. Loved the table outside on the patio. It rained a few times and we could still sit outside. The gated community was amongst other really nice homes. Very quiet. This house's backyard was the edge of the neighborhood so we had nothing but trees behind us! I did give 4 stars vs. 5 for location because interstate 4 has become the bottleneck of traffic for Orlando. This is NOT something that the home owners can control, but it should be factored into your rental. I4 was pretty backed up between Orlando and Champion's Gate most of the time. Having said that, grocery stores and restaurants are less than 7 minutes away. All in all, terrific rental. We'll be back for sure!

It seems some things have been updated in the home for the better. Bulbs-lights were burned out at the front porch-made it challenging coming home late at night as the keypad also no longer lights up. The pool has what appears to be lights inside of it but after we tried to locate the switch, owner advised no lights. It was for this reason our girls didn’t really feel comfortable using it. The master bed has a large egg crate on it-for the cost I would have preferred a more hotel-quality mattress, but we were so exhausted after the parks it didn’t matter. The ice machine-couldn’t figure out how to turn it on-when I contacted the owner they advised it wasn’t working. Home was more than enough space for a large family-our girls even at their age loved the princess themed room they used. Can’t comment on the game room because we never had the time to use it. Owner was communicative and knows of all these issues I reported. None were able to be resolved during our stay but she advised I could leave the hall light on to illuminate the porch in place of the front porch light-unfortunately that didn’t work-so I just used my cell phone flashlight. It’s in a fantastic quiet and gated community and you can tell residents take pride in their homes, to include these owners.

Great location
Great location. We did the parks during the day and hung out at the house at night. We didn’t get to do the pool for 2 nights because of service man. Didn’t show the first night and did show our last night. Worth being close to all the parks shopping. I’d stay here again and would recommend it.

Fun in the Sun
The property is just as pictured. While the location is perfect for a Disney adventure, it is also perfect for those families following the madness of college baseball Spring Training! We were here for RUSS MATT baseball which is played at multiple locations in the area. This home is close to the fields so it was perfect. We were even able to get to the parks the 'back roads' to avoid the traffic on 4. The owner is incredible - very organized and responsive to any questions and concerns. We had a great stay!

Very clean, good location for Disney and Universal
Very nice house and very clean and well equipped. Location is good also for driving to either Disney or Universal. Only complaints -need to replace the mattresses in all rooms except the master bedroom. Twin beds especially are very uncomfortable. Also clothes dryer needs repair or replacement. If you plan to use the pool in the winter know that even if you pay the extra fee for pool heat the heater only heats the spa and then overflows into the pool. Not an issue in warm weather.

Great family spot
Joy’s home is lovely. So clean, a wonderful floor plan, and comfortable furnishings. My kids loved their individual spaces, yet we felt like the home wasn’t overly large to forget about each other. The pool area is nice and the garage offered another fun area for distraction. We will definitely rent this place again in the future if our travels take us back to Central Florida.

Joy was always available when I had a question. Check in and out was simple and easy. The house had everything we needed and a grocery store 5 mins away for what we did not have. Close to the parks. Took us about 15mins for Disney and 30mins to Universal with good traffic. Good stay!!

Great spot for a golf vacation
A group of friends visited Joy’s place for a golf outing around the area. The house is a very short drive to Champions and close to Providence courses. Joy was very quick to respond to any inquiry and the house was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day on the course!

Excellent Vacation Rental
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the themed bedrooms and gameroom. The house was well stocked with the essentials and the owner checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure things were going well. The property was in a gated community and the area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

What a pleasant stay!
We had a great long weekend at Joys! The property is impeccable and close to everything. Communication is very important to me during our stay and Joy really surpassed my expectations. However, the BEST part about this trip was the Master bedroom mattress! I haven’t sleep like that since I was a baby! We hope to be back soon.

Great experience
The property was absolutely as described and the check in process was seamless. The property owner, Joy, was terrific. She reached out via email to make sure we were in the property and that all was going well shortly after check in. We needed to extend our check out due to flight scheduling and she responded immediately and was super helpful. Quite frankly, this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Orlando’s many attractions.

AN ABSOLUTELY JOY...
I truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend and Joy was an absolute pleasure... She checked on us while we drove in and even made sure we arrived safely. It’s an awesome location, close enough to get to the parks quickly but far enough to get caught up in park traffic. Our guest absolutely loved it and insisted that we schedule a do over very soon!
