HEPA air filtration removes viruses & pathogens. Please operate NVAC within reasonable ranges. Wireless internet. Private Entry Kitchenette has tv, microwave, toaster
oven, mister coffee, hot water kettle, large refrigerator/freezer with complementary water, tea and snacks. Additional cleaning fees may apply to guests with young children. Suite has King Bed and Hide a bed in the same room. Works for a family with 2 kids but not really suitable for 4 adults. Suite is attached to main house.

We chose this place for its location near family we wanted to visit but didn’t have time to actually enjoy the lake setting. It was clean and comfortable which is just what we needed.

Property was exceptional in cleanliness, safe peaceful neighborhood, supplied to the max! you did need to worry if you forgot anything the owners had you covered. Was great for a couple or if you had a small child this place would work well. It's not for a family as stated in the description of the property. The floorplan is open so the bedroom is not private fromt he living area. The kitchenette worked out for us as we only eat breakfast at the rental.The purposefor us was to see "Florida Nature" this trip so the location was great for that. If you're looking to vacation at the Disney attractions you'll have a slight drive.

We really enjoyed the privacy and quite neighborhood! We are both retired and we just wanted to relax. The street in front of the suite is busy but we didn't hear the traffic. Wonderful hosts too!

My wife and I enjoyed our visit. We loved each room and the back yard up to the dock. We were concerned about the curtain with the image of a tarot card of the sun beside the bed; but all in all it was a great place to stay.

I loved this little place so much. I went for a couple of days by myself just to get away. It was quaint, quiet and well appointed. The hosts were incredible and kind. I love love the backyard, the little pool and the dock was so amazing to watch the sunset from. Close to the springs and just perfect in my opinion. Thanks!!!

Nice little place. Loved the view of the lake and it worked well for me. I was busy most of the day so I appreciate the quiet, clean environment to retire to at the end of the day. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at this little suite off the main house. It’s beautiful right near the lake with a little table to sit at on the dock. The little pool was fun especially for the kids but the adults enjoyed it too. Kyle, the owner/manager was very nice and was there if we needed anything or had questions. We had a great time. And the owners/managers supplied a lot of nice touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

We had the perfect weekend getaway.... The lake is beautiful and so relaxing. The location is perfect for a short trip to Mt Dora or Orlando. Can't wait to do it again!

We loved our stay here! The lodging is quite spacious and clean, with all the amenities one could want. We were greeted with a few snacks in the fridge, and anything we forgot was graciously available in the house. Directions were clearly posted. We enjoyed playing board games at the table in the kitchen and the location was great for exploring local used bookstores (we found some gems), attractions, or even a day trip to St Augustine. The pool is small but perfect, and we loved walking out to the dock to watch the lake. We highly recommend the lake house as a perfect getaway.
