Welcome to our villa in the prestigious and gated community of Highgate Park where (if you allow them!) DREAMS DO COME TRUE as you will find when you relax in our luxury well equipped home.
We have enjoyed ourselves in many of the communities but really find the tranquillity of Highgate Park a real pleasure after a full day in one of Orlando’s many exciting venues.
When entering though the gates of Highgate Park you will appreciate the feeling of security with the mixture of residential and holiday homes.
Our single storey home has a larger than normal south facing pool deck to enjoy the Florida sun from early in the morning to late in the evening.
Our luxury villa boasts a larger-than-average, south-facing pool deck, allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning through evening.
The private heated pool and spa are surrounded by an extended deck, perfect for sunbathing or lounging in the shade. For outdoor dining and relaxation, you'll find a poolside table and chairs—ideal for enjoying meals or evening drinks under the stars. There’s also a half bath accessible from the pool area and an outdoor shower for added convenience. We’ve also provided a selection of pool toys to keep the little ones entertained for hours.

Inside, the home is light-filled and spacious, featuring:
A large family/living room with views of the pool
A formal dining area seating six, also overlooking the pool
A fully equipped kitchen with counter seating
A laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron
Comfortable Bedrooms for Everyone
King Master Suite : This spacious and relaxing retreat features direct access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom includes a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks, and a vanity area—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Queen Suite : A comfortable and private space with a cozy queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
Twin Bedrooms : Two bright and cheerful twin rooms, ideal for kids or extra guests, share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower.
Fun for All Ages
The garage has been converted to a fun games room equipped with foosball, air hockey, and a pool table—a great space for kids and adults alike to unwind and have fun.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.
We hope to have provided you with a home from home feeling and if like us you will settle in immediately and the only negative will be going home and leaving the Florida sunshine and hospitality.
Highgate Park is located off highway 27 and a stone throw from highway 192 which is the main route through to Disney and also boasts an abundance of good restaurants.
The main supermarkets of Publix and Walmart are less than 5 minutes from the gates and provide all the additional needs for a relaxing stay.
Orlando international airport is approximately 30 mins drive from the villa .
Car Hire is recommended and available from the airport and may other locations close by.
If you are visiting to play golf then the championship course of Highlands reserve is only 1 mile south on highway 27.
If you choose to rent our villa then we wish you a wonderful and peaceful time during your stay and if you have any questions then please address them to Homes of America in the first instance and we will be happy to help where we can to make it a special holiday.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
